Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Clinton Township

Seeing all the other one star reviews from months ago gives me no hope that issues at this place will ever be resolved, but my last two delivery orders from this place were terrible so I wanted to post. My last order, they completely forgot part of my order- no refund just a “credit on my account.” Ok…? Never saw that money. I think he just told me that to get me off the phone and I wasn’t sure how to respond. Against my better judgment I ordered again today and my delivery order took over an hour (not the first time- Freaky Fast who?) Called them at the hour and 5 mins mark and they conveniently “just spoke to the delivery driver and they are on their way.” I know that’s probably just what they tell everyone who calls, so frustrating. 10 mins later a kid speeds up and finally drops off my order. At least everything was there this time, but I will not be ordering delivery from this...

Ordered food, inquired about delivery status they said they had no drivers and they had to use a third party, this is the second time this has happened, I never received my food, I called and then received a text message from someone indicating that they were on their way to pick up the the food claiming to be from uber, even though they indicated that someone else already picked it up.. This individual had me on speaker phone when he walked in, I asked him to provide me the manager's name, and the guy said someone else already came, blamed it all on Uber and said they would refund my money he would not give me the manager's name.. The point is I think they're taking advantage of Uber, and I believe that they are involved. I have no evidence of this it's just my opinion. I tried to resolve my issue offline but apparently “the party you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time.” This was a terrible experience. I placed a delivery order on their app and paid through the app also. 1 hour later (as I was speaking to an associate at a different location) I got a text saying the delivery was set up through Uber (thanks for the effort!) and after another hour, I got my delivery. Nothing Freaky Fast about that… I didn’t get the large fountain drink I paid for or any of the side sauces and I have no way of getting reimbursed because their phone line is down apparently. Extremely disappointing experience. This will be my last order from this location...
