Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Clinton Township

Every time I go to this store, without exception, the order is wrong or the delivery is late. I don't know why we keep going back, maybe we are hoping they get better because the sandwichs are good.

The final straw was on Sunday the 2nd. My wife placed an online order around 6pm. They said it would be there in an hour. Cool. 745pm rolls around and we haven't heard anything. My wife calls, the store apologizes, says they had an issue with the driver. They say they will give us a 25 dollar credit and will be leaving in 10 minutes. 815pm comes with no food. My wife calls back and they apologize again saying they will add another $10 credit and leave immediately. The food finally arrives. hooray!

Today, the 4th, we decide to cash in on the credit after a long day. I call to place the order only to be told that they their is no credit. Imagine my surprise. I was told a $20 credit could be applied but the employee would have to call the manager to verify the additional credit.

So after being nearly 2 and half hours late, being jerked around as to when they are leaving, promised a credit, that store decided to give me a big f* you and not apply the credit at all. Then I am treated like I am the liar due to the need to verify my claim. Abysmal. I hate that this is the closest store to me, we have been to other Jimmy Johns without issue but our home Jimmy Johns is late and inaccurate every....

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The inside was dirty cobwebs everywhere. I said I had an allergy to tomatoes and I will need a new knife to cut bread/sub. Also to just wipe down counter. They washed the knife with no soap I asked them to rewash it. The worker gave me an attitude. So I asked for owner. The male owner gave me a bigger attitude and he did rewash the knife and wiped ooff counter with a towel that must have been sitting there. When I got home I ate the sub and my throat swelled and I had trouble breathing and hives. Thank god I had my EpiPen! I called back told them the situation and they said I had them do things like wash knife and counter that they don’t normally do. I asked for my money back the owner refused. Allergies are real and if people like this Jimmy John’s does not take it seriously the people can end up in hospital! I would rate this place a zero if I could. The owner was bad same with workers. This is the worst jimmy John’s I ever dealt with very inconsistent one day they deliver to my house and one day they don’t! I ordered like an hour and a half ago and I called asking about my order why is taking so long and they say I was out of range while it’s less than 2 miles away from my house! That was not the worst thing the worse thing is when I talked to the manager which she was the rudest person very stiff acting like she’s managing a nuclear facility! And she goes unfortunately you’re outta of range and if you got delivery yesterday then the person who got the order didn’t know what he was doing! Means there are people there who don’t know what they’re doing! FIRE this manager she’s the one who doesn’t know what she’s doing!
