Subway — Restaurant in Clinton Township

Placed an online order, came in and the kid said they didn't have a certain bread, I said I would be okay with something different. He took two full orders after we fixed the issue and needed me to encourage him to start mine before he moved the order down the line. Normally I'd be okay with waiting but he was painfully slow and knew I was there waiting for an order that had come through before the other customers. I managed a Subway for two years so I know how horrible a job he has, but even then I knew you make things as they come in, most people are willing to wait. He was polite though, so there was that. Ended up waiting twenty minutes after the approximate pick up time for two sandwiches--maybe if this company wasnt so stingy on staffing this high school kid wouldn't have to deal with a lunch rush on his own. I walked in about 15 min to nine. Lady made my sandwhich but when I asked for it double toasted said she couldn't do it the oven was already turned off because she was almost closed. I get wanting to not be that dude to walk in to a sit down restaurant 15 minutes prior to closing but this is subway and to Shut down the ovens more than 20 minutes early is unacceptable. As I sit here and type this I have watched multiple people walk up to the door only to find subway shut down early. Once I left (sandwhiches) she locked the doors and turned off the open sign.
