Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Clinton

I ordered 2 (two) sandwiches online from Clearfield and picked them up at the Clinton store. Both were messed up. How do you mess up 2 sandwiches, eapecially when 1 is a slim? The slim is only 1, (in this case) 2 ingredients.... I ordered a Vito, they "forgot" the meat. I ordered a slim provolone add turkey, they "forgot" the provolone. Perhaps the employees need more training on how to read simple instructions, or at the very least how to make their own sandwiches. The owner of this store needs to filter their employees better. The girl that took back the sandwiches acted like it was MY fault THEY screwed it up. I go to the Clinton store because it's closer than Layton, (not by much) but giving this store a second chance for almost the same error another time prior makes me realize this place isn't worth driving 20 minutes 2x because of some apathetic teenage...

I once was a Jimmy John's fan... I can't give less than one star... no more thanks to the Clinton store, 1st I'm just over a mile away and they won't deliver even "Freaky Slow". And speaking of Freaky Slow that's what you get when you use their drive up window. Now let's talk about getting your order. First you should check it before you leave because they'll ask you to drive back if they get it wrong. Also check your drinks because looks can deceive you, our two Dr. Peppers were brown Soda Water. They don't listen to you either, because when they repeat it back it's all sorts of wrong. My order on the receipt was correct, but I guess it's to hard to read before it's put in the sack. Oh yeah, if you walk in, you're expected to bag your own sandwiches... Are these the people that think they are worth...

First time trying a Jimmy John's. I got the Italian original which is on the regular bun. I really like the bread. I like the portions of meat and the lettuce, all very good the seasoning was good and not overpowering. My problem was when we got there and I said how do you do this and my wife said this is our first time here there was no usual helpful suggestions or such. My wife sandwich had avocado which is why she ordered it. When we got it and open it up there was very scant amounts of avocado. I like the sandwich but will try another location as I think this location needs more customer...
