I was really disappointed with the service I got from the Clinton Store, your sales person Nate in particular. At the time I purchased my phone, they were out of the clear case. He gave me two cordless chargers and told me to bring one back and he'd swap me out for a clear case. He said he'd have it in a day or so and would call me. I called back three days later, I was told by the young man that answered that Nate was in the bathroom. He text Nate, (in the bathroom) and he told him he would follow up and call me right back. I never heard back from him. So, I called back again, two days later, guess what? Nate was in the bathroom when I called. The young man said he promised he'd have him call me back. He did, about an hour later and told me he cleaning crew had tossed the sticky note with my phone number. (Hard to believe, since I am in your system and had left my name AND number with the kid that answered the phone). He was indifferent with me on the phone, but said he was getting the case from his Centerville store and would call me when he had it. He called the next day and informed me it had arrived. I went in the following Tuesday to get the case. I walked in and the kid at the counter told me Nate was in the bathroom again! He actually said, he spends a great deal of time in there with his phone. (NOT a good luck on your customer service). The kiddo swapped my glass that wasn't sticking properly and had to text Nate to get out of the bathroom to do the swap. I brought the extra wireless charger and he said I had to give up my other case instead because of an error with a coupon. He was snippy and not at all helpful. Read more♾/10 service by Will Elmer! He treats customers very politely and friendly. He’s also very patient. I’ve never had more of a pleasant experience at a cellphone dealer. He helped us switch over from XFINITY as fast as he could and he did it with so much expertise! As soon as we got our mobile devices we were having trouble activating them, he took the time out of his day to assist us and he resolved the issue like a professional. I’m very satisfied with his work and how well he handled the situation! If you are new to Verizon please come to the Clinton one, this is the best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you again Will Elmer for being so patient and friendly, it didn’t even feel like a hassle while I was here! He also helps everyone in the store as fast as he can!!! Deja didn't act put out she was having to stay to help us. My new iPhone 6 we ordered had arrived and I was anxious to pick it up and begin using it. We also had questions about our old iPhone 4s we were no longer using (my husband had already upgraded to the iPhone 6 Plus). In fact, I called her today about further questions and she was so helpful. My husband returned to Deja for additional advice on our old phones. Once again, she was pleasant and helpful.
