I had a bad experience in this store. It doesn’t belong to delicious sweets! This is the second time I bought sweets from you at a discount of 150 sweets for $ 40. At the checkout, the cashier told me that the box is not 150 pieces, but more. Me and my husband counted them, and I was 150. The cashier laid out 12 sweets and assured that there were more than 150 of them and he could check it by weight. We paid for the purchases and later recounted them when we got home. There were 135 candies. Question to the store: Why are you fooling customers? Why should we pay 40$ for 150 candies if there are 15 candies less? Should we pay for a box or can it tip the store? I’ve never been to any chocolate shop this awesome in my life. Wow! I was literally blown away. The associate were so friendly; the way they welcome you, interact and engage with you would seem like you guys have known yourselves for years. It’s so addictive. I love the very dark chocolate and I was given some to taste. Alex Kotrady was immensely helpful; he told me the history of the and also gave me very good deals and options. It’s definitely a return visit for me. We had a great experience a few months ago. I was excited to share the same experience with my extended family. We walk into the store on Sunday August 17th at 5:35 pm. There was a sign on the door indicating the drink bar was closed, including ice cream! Meanwhile, store hours SHOULD be and is clearly displayed as 6pm closing.
