Valerie, who is the store manager is beyond amazing. She knows the colors and items I like and will call me when they are coming into the store. I always look forward to speaking with her about the new products as we are both excited about it! She is extremely knowledgeable about Le Creuset and can advise me how I can use the different products. She has offered demonstrations on zoom that have been informative and fun. One of Valerie’s best ideas was to have a chef presentation on Bastille day while promoting the beautiful Eiffel Tower collection. I love this place! I come here so often, the staff all know me (embarrassing but true). They have great deals although the discounts aren't as steep as they used to be. I love when retired colors are sent here and when they get outlet exclusive colors. We all know Le Creuset has great products but what makes this store especially good is the staff. They are always helpful and never pushy. They don't pressure you into buying anything like some stores do. I seriously need to stop going to this store because I always end up walking out...

Products are nice. Management is HORRIBLE. For the 30 minutes I spent in the store, I could hear the store manager, Valerie, belittling a worker. I heard her complain about the employee asking questions and mocking them/calling them stupid for apparently not understanding something. That’s disgusting.
