Starbucks — Restaurant in Clinton

I was at this location on 08/1/25 picking up some coffee when I had I one of the most unpleasant and embarrassing experience I ever had at starbucks. Ordered a single coffee barista Kim asked my name couldn't talk because was on the phone . She turned her back and started laughing and telling other employees that I was refusing to give out my name. Supervisor Callin call me only to doubt my story and to side with his employee. Manager only called after several calls. As a patron of a much smaller starbucks located in oldsaybrook I was deeply disappointed by this employee that think is acceptable for someone to instead start off a busy workday in a positive and welcoming atmosphere start off as a mockery for someone who instead prefer to enforce a unprofessional and childish attitude towards someone who's only mistake was promote and stimulate a...

Whenever I come to Clinton for a weekend I ALWAYS stop by this Starbucks. I’ve frequented many starbucks locations throughout CT and NYC and this one by far has the best quality drinks, food, and all of the workers are so so kind. Not to mention, my 3 dogs love love love hopping in the car to go to the drive through. They absolutely adore the attention they get from the female workers and the delicious pup cups from the ladies in addition to the scones I order for them. I literally say ‘we’re going to starbucks to see your friends!’ And they all race to the car haha. If my opinion on this location doesn’t do justice, understand that there are no better judges of character than dogs 😉

when Clinton first opened the employees were very kind, fast, and efficient. I have to say it was one of the fastest starbucks i’ve ever been to. The past 3 times I have gone I have waited in line for over 20 minutes, Today around 3pm my order was taken and I wasn’t asked if my order was complete it just went silent. I assumed and just drove up. then my total was completely wrong with someone else’s order, they make my drink and made it wrong. it had to be made 3x and the drive through employee just walked away from me and never apologized. I have no problem with waiting but to be rude to for no reason all because my order wasn’t correct is not how to...
