I've been going here for many years. The top notch products of Estee Lauder, Clinque and other names you save so much money. Go to Seohora in Kohls and see their prices and ask a so called cosmetic associate for some help, which always ends up with colors that dont even match my skin tone, eyes. I had a really lovely young lady help me recently with my purchases. Things aren't the same anymore. I worked in Cosmetics for 19 years with Macy's, Lord and Taylor. When I worked in cosmetics we had a trained cosmetologist give us a complete course on cleansing, moisturizing and makeup application with matching skin tones to their customer. I had been using Estee Lauder Double wear foundation for a very long time when all of the sudden I began breaking out in my chin. Never, ever had a problem with this before-even in my teens. I used everything over the counter, acne scrubs, Differin, etc.... Nothing helped! Finally I became fed up and tried ulta for some new (and very pricey) Estee Lauder Double wear. The woman there asked me where I had been getting my makeup and I told her. She said she's heard MANY complaints about their products being old and causing skin reactions. Well... When she received the package in China she told me one of the item is only half loaded and she sent me some pictures as well. I went to this location told the sales lady the story and showed her the pictures I have. She said they are not going to do anything for me because I don't have the item with me. I told her it doesn't make sense for my mom to ship it back here because of the shipping cost and time. However, she said they can do nothing and gave me her manager phone number which is never picked up by anyone. I'm very disappointed with her attitude and the way she handled my case.
