I had a very bad experience at Ralph Laurenās factory store there at clinton outlets in CT today. The one of saleswoman was very rude. Today i am off my job . One of my friends she want me to buy 2 T-shirt for her. And asked me if I could send some pictures about T shirt when i am there. Because she could not go with me today. The sale woman told me that i canāt take any pictures at store when i just walked in the store. Ok, i did not. But after while i saw that one customer was taking pictures about one shirt. So i turn back to the salesperson. She was looking at her but she didnāt say anything to her. When i saw this I took my cellphone out of my handbag and took a 5 seconds video to show my friend whatās color there they have right now. So the saleswoman came to me and said to me again. I am very angry about this. The store manager told me that there is a policy about can not take pictures or video of products in the store . Ok, if so you should treat people as equally. Because i am an Asia? I shared my experience in the Asia community today. Many of them have the same experiences . Do you think that such as a big company do these things to us?...

Advised me the receipt I have or any of the many receipts I had on their file didnāt tell how I paid. Both Gentlemen acted suspicious that stole this jacket. They only offered me a store credit. Which I refused and chose to escalate the matter to Ralph Lauren corporate office. The jacket was for my girlfriend as a gift and although is was pricey $365 I had purchased others a lot more expensive 1700,900,1000 bags. I was treated so unfairly and will never shop at the Clinton CT store every again and maybe tbt brand period. The two managers Steve and Anthony acted completely...
