Bill's Jumbo Burger — Restaurant in Clovis

Passing through from Santa Fe to Austin TX we were happy to find this stop on our way home. Dining area clean & I was happy to see the support on their dining walls for local teens. Both restrooms clean, staff wear masks, greeted & received great customer service. Cook checked our order & started order before our transaction completed. Wall menu clear & specials neatly displayed on a side wall. Fountain area clean. We ordered jumbo & regular burger combos. Both satisfied with our food. My husband complimented the taste of his burger and crisp edged bun. My jalapeños weren’t sloppy falling out and the bacon was crisp. Fries thick & cooked well not floppy or undercooked. My job always orders through bills and thr burritos are always great. I brought my family in today and unfortunately I regret the decision. my husbands burger 1. made incorrectly 2. had to be re made due to a human hair being embedded in the meat of his burger. I attempted to squeeze ketchup from the bottle and it oozed out the sides because the hole was clogged from lack of the container being cleaned. I love the home style feel but not the dirty feeling of being in my own kitchen after I cook. I could have stayed home and cooked for my family...

Ordered one item and got it wrong. I was the only one in the drive thru. I stopped going to Bills Jumbo Burger because my order was wrong almost every time. I thought well its been about a year since eating there, I'll get a Bill Jumbo Burger today... I ordered one item. A double burger with cheese. 😂 They missed that up. No cheese. They can't get my order right with making a cheese burger???? Food is good but my order is hardly ever right. Posted this on their facebook page too and its was removed...
