PHO VIET 101 — Restaurant in Clovis

Originally from the Bay and Pho is life for me and I try to eat Pho everyday. Your restaurant is close by my house, thought I give it a try... I came hungry, I left hungry. I WILL NEVER COME BACK!! YOUR PHO AINT GREAT!! Your proportions are wayyyyyyyyy too small man! No excuses!! 3 slice of paper thin meat, 2 meatballs and 2 bites of rice noodles for 17 bucks is overpriced!

Your response below is uneducated and I don't know that person who posted that. Inflation does not mean, you give less... Other Pho restaurants are not doing this and that's why they're constantly busy... Cheap owner, cheap restaurant, the quality is probably cheap too.

Absolutely delicious pho! A lot of choices of different types of meats available. The broth is hearty and tastes of beef bone broth. Also, try the Vietnamese coffee, it is so so good! I had the #30 which is sirloin, flank steak, brisket.

You can also ask for recommendations on how to prepare your bowl and what the different spices and garnishes are on your side plate.

The restaurant is Very Clean. I sat at a wide side table and the table is freshly wiped down, the chairs back rest where you pull it out from the table is clean and shows no grime or residue from previous customers. The wall beside my table is clean and shows no yucky stuff. All the condiments on the table are freshly wiped down and not sticky.

Really nice comfortable environment to relax and eat in peace.

I ordered from here blindly, I didn't read a single review until after I ordered, my normal pho spot is closed Sundays and I was having a hard core craving. So a Google map search and here I am! I ordered online and the process is very easy, I purchased chicken Pho and BBQ pork, both are delicious!! The broth is amazing 👏 but the shining star is the food takeout system, they have everything perfectly portioned in probably the largest take out bowls I've ever seen! All the toppings are in their own separate baggy and the broth is HOT! so be careful. Another great note, I poured my broth into the plastic bowl and had MORE broth left over. Best thing ever!
