I am writing this review to express my frustration from the employee who ask me to leave the self checkout lane and get help from other employee, she scan the onions twice by mistake and it’s k I understand but then I have to wait for more then 15 minutes to get the refund. When I ask the employee that I can be done in two minutes if I do the checkout by myself she said she can’t do anything I have to wait in a line to get the refund. If someone messed up at work at least they can show the courtesy and urgency to help the customers! I hope the manager Yesenia will talk to the employees about customer service. I don’t mind waiting if someone messed up at work but at least show some urgency to help...

This is a great place to do all your mailing buisness. The owner (i believe its the man thats always there working) goes above and beyond. He's always pleasant and knowledgeable.
