I give this particular Taco Bell a 3-star rating why well let me break it down I start everything- every place - every person- with a 5-star rating because it start everything with a 5-star rating and then like a waitress's tip, it drops or doesn't drop based on the entire start to finish experience and everything inbetween.. So, I immediately give it no drop because the bathrooms were right inside the door boom there is so if I was only going in to use the restroom and leave I didn't have to walk through the dining room past the counter past people I was in and out so that was a good thing however there were only two unisex single restrooms granted they were clean for the most part however in that space they could have probably put a small bathroom with two stalls for the ladies and whatever they put in the men's restroom I'm not sure I don't go in the men's restroom anyways that's another subject so ask for now bathrooms excellent location near the exit and not horrible experience could have been improved but I'll say location cancels that everything out on that so now let's move on to our dining experience shall we okay so let me start this part by saying that we are all customers and you should be especially careful who you're rude to who you treat badly if even if you're nice and you can be nice and treat somebody badly trust me I know just remember every time you serve a customer whether it's at Walmart whether it's at the gas station whether it's the car wash Taco Bell McDonald's wherever you work you have a job because there are customers who enable you to have that job because if if it weren't for customers businesses would have no purpose businesses have no business so your boss needed you because there's a customer demand that it seems what they're able to provide by themselves so just think every time you're the customer just think about that customer that you were mean to that little old man who who ordered a nacho and instead of having it corrected because people are stupid and don't know how to do their jobs just think he's got a daughter or son who's probably got a daughter or son was probably even maybe got a daughter or son who's going to know that you were the one by why because Grandpa was home and told everybody about how that stupid little girl/boy at the counter didn't have sense enuff to see that he was pointing at a Nachos Supreme and gave him a dumb regular chips and some cheese and if he'd wanted some chips and some cheese he ask for some chips and cheese but he wanted the small nacho (which didn't say small nacho it said Nachos Supreme)and that if he's pointing at it open your eyeballs because somebody who takes orders should know that you look at the menu to direct them towards what it is that your ordering !!so that was the first point dropper for me sorry bathrooms but bad order taking just killed your positivity and ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I was like okay well as long as my food is good it's hot it's quick did they keep ⭐⭐⭐⭐rating what happened next was what resulted in the ⭐⭐⭐ rating when the girl who looked like she knew what she was doing but probably didn't have the ability to fix the problem got the manager she told the manager that be customer wanted a Nacho Supreme and they gave him a regular Nacho I know exactly how I would have handled the situation & it wasn't how this manager did really easy instead she said okay we're going to refund you for this and then she made him pay again not the way to get positive reviews guys let me just say.. ⭐⭐⭐ rating!! but should things improve with the way these employees treat their customers 💯% then the next time I happen to be a customer at this particular Taco Bell I will up my rating... It's a challenge are you guys up for it?? I'm not sure but...
Read moreI think this Taco Bell and the one on near Herndon are analyzing studying which food items customers are ordering most because the custom food items and common tacos of any style have all gone up 50cents more I noticed. So that's like a dollar a year. doesn't sound like much until you order 4 to 6 items and then it gets closer to 12 or 20 dollars depending on items. Those thin quesadillas I heard are up to 7 dollars I think. they used to be about 6 dollars. Might as well just go to Robertitoes if you want expensive food LoL. Let's be real here Taco Bells food items are just snack items the portions are not big at all. there's no deals here anymore. A few new visits this past year. Im giving this TacoBell another star because the employee service has gotten nicer. Ive noticed with Taco Bells sometimes half the workers may take a break outside so if you're in the drive through it will be a wait especially if theres 5 to 7 cars. There food to me still good for fast food style restaurant. And remember if Some people think prices are high for restaurants, this is California folks costs are high in this state. Also since most people drive everywhere and rarely walk anymore, these 7 months I see Men & ladies Big SUVs and crossover styles vehicles which are half the size of SUVs, well they enjoy being clingy or bulling other motorists at intersections or these Taco Bell parking lots and passing through stop signs while vehicles are still checking for a clear go. The SUV drivers are jerks they think they better than everyone else. Couple times I saw these scenarios while in Taco Bell drive through. I remember years back Clovis used bring their customers back giving good deals to current customers. I think those days are over. Fresno is about the same too. Clovis is becoming a cash grab city. Food and product prices going up and Gas still high priced. The food prices here at Taco Bell seem to keep going up through the year. Folks watch your money with fast food places and maybe it's just hit and miss. This year Ive bought burritos of any kind at Taco Bell and they're getting smaller. Twice Ive bought a burrito supreme and when I opened the bag I thought they gave me a bean and cheese burrito. Anyway so stopped buying them for how much Taco Bell was charging. And the line I was in wasn't very busy. Months back I was surprised how much the Nachos Bell grande went up and it's not very big. I noticed also the employees are shy at times. Clovis employees will take your ordered but they're shy socially(meaning short talk) even when talking about food. The older employees are more fun to deal with. They like it when...
Read moreNot to sure what's going on with this place but that last few visits to this location have been lackluster to say the least and that's being generous. I'll just go ahead and share my last visit to put it in a nutshell. I did a mobile pick-up order and headed to the restaurant to pick it up. Half way there it notified me that my order was ready. I walked into the restaurant to see my food sitting there ready to go. Ok great. However, the Cinnabon coffee and my large drink weren't there with it. I stood there a while until someone finally decided to help me. Of course after multiple employees looked at me but didn't bother to help. They asked me what I needed and I told them my 2 drinks. I then had to wait even longer to get just a soda and a coffee just to be told they didn't have the coffee I wanted. They also had the audacity to try and send me off without replacing the coffee with something else. I almost had to argue about it which in my opinion isn't professional. After all that, my food was decent at best. The quesorito I had order was lacking so bad that it wasn't worth the $6 I spent on it. As far as I'm concerned this location needs either a cleaning of staff or training but I will not be back until then. I suggest avoiding this location and going somewhere where they take their...
