Port of Subs — Restaurant in Clovis

Absolute poor service ! I only write a review if it’s a terrible experience or just AWESOME service. This place is terrible, rude and slow employees. Only customers inside and new what we wanted right away and with 6 ladies standing behind the counter you would think someone would step up ready to take our order instead they just glance up every once in awhile almost like hoping we’d just leave. No apology for the “wait” no smiles just rude. The girl with her trashy fake lashes could use some customer skills or basic human communication!!!!! The meat was skimpier then it use to be and gross, almost transparent. Nothing tasted fresh at all besides the bread. Save the time and money and go to Sub N grubs right...

My last few visits to this location have not been great. The last time I drove there the lights were on, the door was open snd the open sign was on.

When I walked in it was 845pm and they seemed anoyed and told me they were closed. Their sign states they close at 9pm. They seem to just close when they want. This is also not the first time that has happened to me at that location. I have also had issues with wrong orders there.

I will now be driving across town to go to the Port of Subs on Chesnut and Shepherd. I have gone to that one for 20+ years and I have always received great service from them.

They don't waste your time, money...

I love port of subs, I wanted a nice cold fresh sandwich and that is exactly what I got, but man their customer service definitely needs some work! I’ll still give them a 3 stars because of how good and fresh their food was! But The girl with colored eyes here just seemed really annoyed with me and my family (we’re not loud people by any means), she spoke to us in such a rude way.
