My husband and I went in yesterday on July 4th, and ordered 2 flatbread sandwiches with rotisserie chicken. There were 2 women behind the counter. One was so energetic and nice, she was so great! The other woman clearly didn't want to be there. I asked how she was doing today, and she complained about having to work on the 4th, and I said "At least you guys close early" and her response was "I still have to be here." Her attitude about working was atrocious. She wasn't wearing a name tag, so I couldn't even tell you what her name was. Her listening skills were sub-par, because my husband asked for bell pepper and she added black pepper, then he repeated "bell pepper" and she added extra black pepper, so he had to loudly say BELL pepper, then she didn't even offer to cut the sandwiches in half. The sandwiches were so messy, and she piled all of the veggies right in the middle. The night crew is ridiculously rude.
Tonight about 7:30ish the blonde hair Spanish girl with tattoos and the heavy set Spanish girl were talking about walking out and quitting. Telling customers it’s going to be a long wait because they didn’t want to work. Cussing. Complaining about online orders coming through. If they really don’t like their job that much, just quit. A lot of customers walked out because of the way they were acting. A lot of money was lost for this business. I was not the only one. These girls have been like this before, this is not the first time.
I hope the owner sees this, no other location is this bad. The one by the over pass is great. If this location can hire a crew as good as the morning this store would be A+.
Maybe the owner needs to go in and train these girls at night or set up a hidden camera...

No big deal there, but when I got inside I was greeted by a agressive employee almost yelling at me stating you have to leave because you don't have a mask on.
