This used to be my regular location, I was a PRJ customer for years. Absolutely horrendous experience that Iām considering reporting, and Iām leaving this review to warn others of this location specifically.
For no reason, aside from me asking her why she seemed a bit annoyed (which was genuine, because she seemed to have a negative energy toward me for an unknown reason), the manager (Lindsey) snapped at me, raised her voice, and told me that all of her employees hate serving me, donāt like when I come in, and then told me I was permanently banned from the location. I donāt know if she was simply having a bad day, but itās completely unacceptable to unleash your ungrounded personal emotional feelings on customers. That kind of sheer disrespect and blatant cruelty should never be allowed.
After reaching out to corporate, there was a more professional response on their end and a genuine feeling that they cared about what happened. I was welcomed back into the store which I appreciate (but do I really want to support/be served in my local community by a manager/team that conducts business or treats me that way?ā¦).
The corporate manager I spoke to claimed three other employees, when questioned, said I used ācondescending languageā and had constant order complaints, both of which are entirely untrue. Itās possible Iām being confused with someoneā¦
Itās gravely upsetting how some people in positions of authority still choose to utilize their power. Iāve been nothing but friendly/respectful to the people at this location and have only asked one question about an order for clarification.
Perhaps choose to spend your money in environments of more conscientious,...

I went inside and told the cashier exactly what I had going on I probably scared her at first because she greeted me with a warm good morning and I said ālisten I never been here before I just need you to pick something for me quickly because I canāt think Iām going through terrible morning sickness and throwing up everything.ā She immediately expressed sympathy and picked something called the Last Dragon because she said that it will help my nausea. Well that it did it was the only thing that I havenāt thrown up in the past two months. While I was waiting for my order she offered me an ice cold water and insured me everything was being OK I know this might sound small but I was so frantic and frustrated just having someone to insure you in that moment really brightened my day. I found out her name was Mo. Iām writing this review because she was so awesome and so thoughtful!!!!!!! Unfortunately, after eating one i realized they expired on 3/28 (today is 3/29). Not a huge deal. Then when I tasted my smoothie, it was nasty and didnāt taste like it usually does. Fine, i guess. But then as iām drinking it, i realize itās runny and straight liquid. Might as well have been juice! I asked one gentleman if they could make it thicker, and he looked irritated and then told his co-worker that i wanted it thicker. His co-worker said he would remake it, but generally seemed frustrated at the request. So, I ultimately left with a smoothie and snack that were both unsatisfactory. So, while they offered to fix it, no one wants to feel like a burden or inconvenience after they PAID for a smoothie to enjoy. I wasted my money here, which is disappointing b/c I look forward to my PureRaw fix when I seldomly travel to Baltimore. I wonāt be back to...
