Came here after church to try the new location. Liked the new menu here and couldn't wait to try the new eggs benedict. Hubby had the strawberry and banana pancakes and steak omelet. I had the Bourbon bacon jam eggs benedict with a side of grits. We both had coffee and enjoyed every ounce. A little disappointed with the kitchen and didn't make a fuss about how the eggs benedict was not cooked properly. The chefs should know an eggs benedict must be runny not over cooked. I even noticed the lady sitting across from my table, her eggs benedict was overcooked. The taste was good just wish my eggs were cooked to perfection. Hubby enjoyed his meal. We tried to use the app to pay, after signing up and scanning the barcode, we both received error messages. So we had to pay the regular way, no biggie.

Always looks clean and well maintained, and staff are always nice. The veggie white omelette is one of the best omelettes I've had, with perfectly juicy and roasted tomatoes, spinach that's not overcooked like most spinach omelettes, and well-cooked onions and mushrooms. The impossible sausages and patties also really scratch the craving for some salty meaty flavors if you're a fellow vegetarian that still misses meat sometimes. Overall I feel the food comes out fresh, well-prepared, and with care and attention to detail that shows.

Our server was Kimberly the worse server ever bad attitude not attentive and just rude. If management don’t discipline or get control over the store and this employee it will not have customers return. My eggs were half done and food cold. I must say the manager J. Romero did his best and apologized for our server rudeness. I’m requesting a full refund

I came into the IHOP in Cockeysville very, very stressed out because I was trying to place an order through the app with my reward pancoins. Every time I tried to check out, it was saying unable to bill account. Now mind you, I had already cashed in on three pan coins and I was a little upset at the fact that I was not able to place the order. So I walked in already hot under the collar and met the nicest, most serene employee anybody could find. And then come to find out he is the manager!!! This review is for none other than Jason. His calm and courteous demeanor and professionalism just calmed me down instantly. And then when he brought the food to me we were talking and struck up a nice conversation. I decided immediately that I needed to do a review on Jason because it is so hard in this day and age to find people of any age that understand the true art of customer service and it is truly an art. Some are gifted in that art and some acquire the skills through training. But trust when I tell you that Jason has mastered the art of customer service. And his reaction when I said I was going to do a review on him was utterly priceless. 😊 I could tell by his response that he is truly a humble gentle person who does what he does and gives all he's got just because that's who he is and not because he expects anything in return. But me being me, I cannot and will not let an unsung hero remain unsung. I am sparing with my Google reviews but when I find someone who goes above and beyond or just seems to have such an out of this world personality, I cannot help myself I must write a Google review.

I would truly be more than happy to give further information to store management or even management in the IHOP corporation concerning this review. And I sincerely hope and pray that this review goes viral and that Jason gets the attention he deserves that he so willingly give to others when they get recognition ---but now it is his turn!!!💯💯💯👏👏👏👏👏👏

Kudos Jason keep up...

I visited IHOP today and the service was impeccable, especially from Leigh. However, when I ordered my usual Impossible Patties combo (I haven't eaten meat in almost 10 years, pork in 15 years), I was disappointed. These patties, which I regularly order at least twice a month, came out extremely greasy, as if they had been cooked in some type of oil. Initially, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe they cook them differently here. But after taking a bite, I could tell something was off. The patties didn't taste plant-based at all; they smelled and tasted like real meat, specifically pork.

I had my friend, who is a meat eater, try them, and she agreed that they definitely didn't taste plant-based. Leigh went to the kitchen to correct everything, and the second order came out looking and tasting how they usually would. However, about 20 minutes later, I started to feel extremely sick and ended up vomiting.

Before leaving, I approached a woman who confirmed she was the owner and explained what happened. She hurried off to get two other gentlemen, one of whom was the kitchen manager/cook and the other confirmed he was the owner. They immediately tried to gaslight me, stating that they don't serve any pork patties and that it couldn't be pork. I rebutted, explaining that while it might not be pork, it was definitely cooked on top of a pork product, and whatever they cooked it on wasn't properly cleaned, as it should be when cooking plant-based food. The cook put his head down and started to say something, but the male owner shushed him and said no, no, no.

All this to say, if you don't eat meat or pork, please check your food because they might serve you whatever. I'm incredibly thankful to Leigh for her diligence in trying to...

We got the wonderful pleasure of meeting the owner/manager, Paul Kim. As soon as we arrived a hostess turned to us and said very abruptly, “can you GIVE us a second?” We literally entered the store maybe 5 seconds before she said that to us. The place is either pretty understaffed, or they all are just overwhelmed. Watching the way the owner belittled his staff was absolutely devastating and I hope anyone working at this location finds a better job after seeing the way he treated them. Lost my appetite seeing this man trip over a coffee refill. It’s one thing to tell your employee the mistake they made, but there is no reason you need to come up to my table with an aggressive nature to tell ME, “HEY, that’s NOT free. Your waitress doesn’t know what she’s doing.” I would’ve been more than happy to pay for my refill if you’re really going to stress over a $4 drink. I also made sure to ask HIM for the refill to try and humble him. Our server was incredible and did an amazing job serving us and the very busy tables around us and was super consistent keeping us with our needs. I sincerely hope she finds a better boss to work for. Make sure you pay your orders with cash so this jerk can’t collect a dime on his hardworking employees electronic payments. I hope you fail your next corporate audit and I will not be returning to...
