Me and my girlfriend always stop there to eat breakfast we always get the $6 meal croissant breakfast sandwich with two coffees today they gave me the hash browns raw barely fried and the oil taste like burnt oil like they haven't changed it in a long time on the inside I kindly asked to change them.. they told us to pull to the side.. I checked my sandwiches to find out that their bagel sandwiches although we always order them with this croissant bread.. I walk inside I get the intention of one of the people that attended me at the window and they immediately started to ignore me after a while one of them approached me what the problem was.. I told them what the issue was as I explained at the beginning of this review and they told me that know they always serve the $6 sandwich with bagel bread.. which is entirely not true it automatically comes with the croissant bread.. she started to argue with me.. after I told her that regardless of it coming with bagel or croissant bread the sandwich was entirely cold they were using dark used burnt oil and giving out food barely cooked she still had to give me my second coffee although we were parked outside she decided to argue with me and tell me that I'm wrong so at this point I just asked her to give me my money back I walked back to the car to get the coffee that we had in the car.. I stood there for 5 minutes asking for my money back and they completely ignored me at this point I did not want my breakfast I did not want my coffee the service was horrible I just wanted my money back I'm already late for work.. they continue to ignore me and refuse to give me my money back I will never go back today's restaurant again.. horrible service.. you don't not have the right to tell someone what they should or should not eat.. Read moreStopped in to get a coffee and breakfast sandwich. They had touch screen ordering. It wasn't easy to search for the food on the touch screen. I eventually managed to order coffee and 2 bacon, egg and cheese croissants. I then grabbed a bottled water out of the refrigerator in front of the counter. I waited at the register for about 3 minutes while workers were busy attending to the drive through. Also a worker was restocking the trays of Donuts. It seemed a while before anyone recognized me as a waiting customer. Then it was only to tell me they were out of croissants. So I went with sourdough bread. I then had to tell her I wanted to pay for the bottled water I had sitting on the counter in front of me. She rang me up and I then stepped over to the pickup area. It seemed like 5 or 6 drive through orders had passed while I waited. I heard one girl tell the other that the top oven was broken. I watched her then remove the tray with my sandwiches and place it into another oven. So I understand why the sandwiches took so long. She wrapped them up, put them and napkins into my bag and handed it to me. I stood there and she said with an unfriendly tone, "What?" I said I was waiting on my coffee. The girl that took my order grabbed a cup and made my coffee. I sat down, as this was an eat in order. The 4 girls working behind the counter definitely kept busy, but it was only myself and one other customer already sitting at a table. Read moreZERO STARS!!! I stop at this location every Saturday morning. Unfortunately, this morning was the WORST CUSTOMER service I have ever experienced. Our simple order took over 20 minutes. We attempted to ask several people about the status of our order and we were told “hold on a second” twice.. and third person told my husband that “food was not her job.. she was doing drinks”... when we finally were recognized we were told our order had already been made and someone else had taken it. This was not true.. We had been standing at the counter the entire time. The worker walked back into the back without saying another word.. when I asked how long our order would be they said, sarcastically “like, one minute”.. we finally got our food and left.. but soon realized it was cold, stale, and WRONG! Unable to return as we were now running late.. I called and spoke to JOSIE who stated she was the “Owner & GENERAL MANAGER” of the store. She offered NO APOLOGIES and said I could come back for a new wrap. Why would I come back?? I just wanted my money back or a coupon for another store.. Josie stated she was not able to do this. She would not provide her last name or the name of her district manager. She stated she was the manager and owned the store.
