KFC — Restaurant in Coldwater

KFC at least at this location is horrible when it comes to getting fresh food! It's not cheap by any means, so with that said. It needs to be a higher quality food that they are giving out. I know I won't be going here again for a very long time. Unless I can be assured that they have made changes and are known for serving a much better product. The chicken is so beat up and has been either re-cooked/refried or under a heat lamp and tossed around for a significant amount of time. I seriously think they save their chicken from the day(s) prior. That they were unable to sell! It's so beat up, that some of it is un-identifiable! Chunks of chicken that are in the form of a ball. Assuming that were part of a leg at one point. I absolutely loved KFC growing up, and even have as an adult. But I do remember, those were all from a different location! Everytime I use this location, it's always the chicken that's rough/tough and the skin and everything is falling off the pieces. It's extremely sad, and idk how any manager/Owner could be ok with the product they are serving. I'm seriously going to take it up with corporate! If I don't, nothing will get done about it! Because obviously the managers and owner are aware of their products! It's not just a mere coincidence, that every time I come here. The chickens never fresh! Why do I say it's been recooked? Because in the past, I've waited for the doors to open. Because of how bad I wanted some good chicken. And the chicken was in the same condition! It's almost indescribable, as far as the chicken goes! UNLESS YOU WANT NASTY FOOD, ID SUGGEST A DIFFERENT LOCATION. AT LEAST UNTIL ITS VERY CLEAR THAT THINGS HAVE CHANGED! I think what's probably going on, is they are taking the leftovers from the buffet. And sticking them in the drive through orders. Because it's less likely to get a complaint from someone in a hurry. Friday, June 9th, 5:30pm. My wife and I when we get the chance to have KFC, make our way and usually order a big meal. We pulled up and there were about 4 cars in the parking lot, and we were the FIRST in the Drive Through. We heard the greeting and then a young lady came on and took our order....$49 for everything...My wife likes the Crispy KFC and I like the Original, but we went with ALL Crispy. We drove home, and only live just minutes away from KFC near the Fair Grounds. EVERY bit of our meal was Hot, Fresh, well packaged, tasted the best I have ever had at this Restaurant. I was not just impressed, but blown away at the meal and its taste. The service was under 2 minutes at the drive through window, which at dinner time and preparation with most take out orders in Coldwater can be really challenging. My hat off to the Management who obviously hit a home run with their planning, the crew who obviously listened to their management and did the chicken and side dishes right, and to all of them for restoring my faith and belief that there are people in this world who still take pride in...

So went to the KFC in Coldwater Michigan and they said they could not take any orders through the drive-thru so we had to go in! We get inside to order the $20 meal which was 7 pieces of chicken to mashed potatoes and four biscuits and they inform us that they are out of biscuits!! I asked if instead of the four biscuits we could get a substitute of a small coleslaw and they said no and then I asked if we could get a discount because we weren't getting the biscuits and they said no!! They were very rude and unorganized and once they told me know they walked away and never came back up to the counter to ask me if I was still going to place an order!! I will never go into that restaurant again I will now start going to the new Hillsdale or jonesville KFC that's opening up soon!!
