Taco Bell — Restaurant in Coldwater

Actually pretty ridiculous ! I spent 18.00 and some change here, on 2 food items and a drink ! 20.00 for a fast food meal now days ? That's insane to me. Granted, I did get add on's on both items, so I can see the price hike. But when they added the extra items, it should have made my meal larger, not lower in quality instead !!! I ordered a burrito supreme, ( add on's were extra cheese, sour cream, and guacamole ) so they gave me no onions, barely any tomatoes, and close to no beef. So it was basically just a burrito of all my add on's, what a sloppy mess that was, without anything else to mix with. Also ordered a nacho bell grande, with extra cheese, extra sour cream, and extra tomato's. Got barely any beef on it, and the same amount of sour cream, cheese, and tomato I would have gotten elsewhere without ordering extras and paying for it too. I can usually go to a Taco Bell, and my nachos at least meet the top of the lid a bit. Not this time ! And there was still dry chips at the end of my meal ! I ordered the extras so I didn't have to deal with that. My soda was watered down also, and barely had any flavor. For 20.00 ? What a joke !!! Never again. I'll order from somewhere else next time. And that's a lot coming from me, because I love this place so much I usually have their sauce in my fridge. Apparently when you order extras here that should add size to your meal ( because you're paying for that ), they just substitute the other ingredients in your order, with your extras. Better order those extras on the side and add them yourself, or you get crapped on for what you paid for !!!! I took a picture of my burrito, so you could get an idea, but apparently I can't post...

My partner and I are on vacation at a hotel near this Taco Bell and yes we ordered online tonight a half hour before closing time but it was the only place other than a gas station open at this time, and while we were waiting in line to pull up they turned off the lights on the menu and when we got up to the window the workers refused to talk to us and I tried telling them through the window I pre ordered online and my order went through my bank account and I was charged ($30.19) for my order and everything, they ignored us so we drove away and came back through to try to talk to them again so I tried yelling louder that I wasn’t try to be rude but I already paid for my food, and the workers just laughed at us and attempted to sneak around the window. I really get it is frustrating to work over and late at...

I love the food, it's why I have them 2 stars instead because of just 1. It's always hot, and made correctly. If I ask for no red strips, extra beef, etc, they always get that right. But be prepared to wait 20+ minutes to get it. This is definitely not fast food. And while they get the food right, everything else tends to 've wrong. Went through the drive thru, ordered, and asked for 2 Mt. Dews no ice and plenty of extra hot sauce. Got to the window was handed 1 Mt. Dew and 1 Pepsi. Asked him to please give me a Mt. Dew NO ICE and he gave it to me, full of ice. I decided just to take it and get home. I had waited 15 minutes in the drive thru already. Got home, and there was absolutely no hot sauce!
