So I just went to order two dozen donuts. Two of the three staff members were polite and said they’d be right with me. However, the girl that was working the drive-through was extremely rude. She happened to wait on me because the others were busy. As I was trying to pick out the donuts that I wanted to purchase, I asked her how many I had left in one of the boxes. She gave me the rudest look as if she was annoyed by me asking. A manager honestly needs to have a sit down with her and teach her what customer service is all about. She may have been having a bad day, but believe it or not, I am too.
I am going into work today because I am the manager at CSBHD, and a future student was trying to get enrolled and because of his crazy schedule, he has had to reschedule several times. Today was a good day for him to meet with me, so I am going to work to accommodate him. He is not the reason I am having a bad day.
My reason for telling you this is to show that even though I’m having a bad day, I will do whatever it takes to accommodate someone else and I will provide them with the best customer service I can and make them feel welcome. It’s what you do when you genuinely care about people and you work in a service type industry.
May she have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and hopefully she will learn from this because she knew I was upset. I told her I was sorry and she understood the reason behind my apology. It was because she made me feel as if I was...
Read moreThis is the only location that changes their policies day to day. Ive stopped going to this location a yr ago, not only bc they don't know how to make coffee correctly but bc they're rude & not inviting at all, no hello or welcome to Dunkin, no acknowledgement at all when ppl walk through the door & this location is the only Dunkin that makes a big deal over a small side of caramel 😳🤡
I literally came to this location about a month ago & asked for a side of caramel & new management made a huge deal over it, saying they don't sell sides of caramel & she can't just give it to me bc she'll have to use a pupcup... But after making a huge deal, she rang it up & sold it to me...
Fast-forward to today, I go in to just get a side of caramel, there was no acknowledgement or welcome to Dunkin.. I go to register & asked for a side of caramel, I had cash in hand ready to pay for the caramel, she asks her manager about it & the manager proceeds to make a huge deal like the last time saying she can't ring it up, but this time she wouldn't sell it to me, she said I had to buy a coffee & then she could ring it up... 😂 This place is a joke 🤡
I'm not going to spend my hard earned money at a location that can't make coffee the right way, that are rude & change their policies day to day- I wouldn't even buy a coffee from here if someone else...
Read moreSlowest Dunkin on the planet. I keep having high expectations of this place because it's on my way to work. I'm just setting myself up for disappointment. I always place my coffee mobile order on my way, so at least 10 min prior to arrival. Plenty of time to pour the coffee and add cream and pump of syrup. You would think! I always have to sit in the drive through 15 minutes before getting to the call box and then at least another 5- 6 min to get to the window. Then they NEVER hand me or ask me about the correct order. I ALWAYS have to tell them again what my mobile order name is and what the order was. What's the point of stopping at the call box if you're just going to ask me again? This is not good customer service. Do better! Train your staff better! Have a more organized system to the drive through process. This morning I left without my order because I had already been sitting there for 20 min and when I got to the window they hadn't made my coffee yet. They told me to pull forward to the next window and I sat there for another 5 min so I just left. This is place is ridiculous! Save yourself some frustration and just don't come...
