★★★☆☆ Food quality ★★★☆☆ Service ★★★★★ Ambiance ★★★☆☆ Value ★★★★★ Menu selection ★★★★★ Location/Accessibility ★★★☆☆ Overall experience A few weeks ago, on an Easter Sunday, I found myself at Noodles and Company, after a visit to the nearby cinema, hoping to indulge in a much-craved-for noodle bowl. As I pulled into the spacious parking lot, I couldn't help but notice the few cars present, and wondered if this was a reflection of the food quality. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted with a warm and cozy ambiance, featuring a classic decor with a modern twist, a perfect complement to the menu. As I approached the counter, I joined the 2-person line behind a middle-aged man, who, like me, was browsing the menu in anticipation of his meal. Unfortunately, there was no staff manning the counter, and we had to wait a bit. Nevertheless, it was an opportunity for me to observe the interior, which was small but well-furnished with tables scattered around, leaving enough space for customers to move around. There were also outdoor seats for those who preferred a more natural dining experience. Eventually, the middle-aged man turned to me and asked for my recommendation. Without hesitation, I recommended the Regular Japanese Pan Noodle with seasoned tofu and udon noodles in sweet soy sauce, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, black sesame seeds, and cilantro, which I had ordered through the online app. I also mentioned the BBQ fueled noodle bowl as something I planned to try next time. However, the man seemed impatient due to the wait and lack of staff and abruptly left through the exit door. Fortunately, his departure caught the attention of a staff member who was resting in a nearby out-of-view table, and she quickly tended to me. I received my order, which was piping hot, enough to feel the heat through the generic paper bag, and settled down at a nearby table, away from the noisy family that seemed to have claimed the restaurant as their own. As I opened the paper bag, a warm and delicious aroma wafted into my nostrils, promising a delightful meal. The black plastic bowl with a white-branded lid held the noodles, and I found other utensils at a nearby station. However, the portion was small for the price, and I wondered if the quality would make up for it. My first bite revealed an excessive amount of seasoning that overwhelmed the dish's other flavors. Although the savory and saltiness were present, they were overpowering, considering the portion size. Thankfully, I could still appreciate the texture of the ingredients. The udon noodles were thick, chewy, and elastic, providing an amusing bite with a slight wheaty sweetness that blended well with the sweet soy sauce. The seasoned tofu had an elastic skin and was heavily seared, making it sponge-like in its ability to absorb the sauce. It was, however, overly salty, and I could only enjoy it in small portions. The veggies were a highlight, and I found them enjoyable. Although the amount of tofu was too few, I managed to enjoy the noodles and veggies. In no time, I had finished my meal and left. Despite my initial enthusiasm, I must admit that the quality and quantity of my meal did not match its price. In fact, I've tasted some packaged noodles that were both tastier and less expensive. Unfortunately, many people these days associate Asian cuisine with high sodium content and the use of MSG, a misconception that should be rectified. A well-balanced dish should only contain enough seasoning to complement the taste of the ingredients. It would have been ideal if the restaurant provided sauce on the side by default, allowing customers to adjust the seasoning to their liking. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Noodles and Company to anyone I know, given my experience. However, I am willing to try it again in the far future, hoping for an improvement in the...

I ordered the Alfredo Montamore. Online it states it comes with Chicken so I wanted to add shrimp also. When I received my bowl it was only Shrimp and no Chicken. I called and spoke with a manager to resolve the issue to no avail. She just stated its suppose to come with Chicken but it didn't show on her end so they didn't add it. Which didn't make any sense since it already states it suppose to come with chicken. Plus there was a random macaroni noodle in my spaghetti pasta. Truly disappointed. She didn't even offer to replace my bowl, give a credit, nor give me the option to bring it back. Horrible 1st experience!

Update: I was contacted by the general manager and she apologized for the inconvenience and resolved the issue the way customer service should be. I appreciate that and in the future may try Noddles &...

Usually pretty good actually, but the last couple times not so much however this last time being the worst and last it will be. We have made better home made than we got earlier this evening. It had no mushrooms barely any sauce like suuuuuper dry and the noodles were not tender. If it wasnt for paying extra to add feta cheese and breaded parmesan it would have had ZERO flavor at all and we were very unhappy. Almost went to frickers instead. Next time we will. Used to be my Girlfriends favorite place but we will be passing them up from here on out. Had to drown it in hot sauce to eat any of it and stopped eating once I got the chicken I paid extra for ate.... come on noodles yall used 2 be...

Have been here before and received great service. Today came in and the cashier was extremely terrible and rude. Felt unwelcomed and when trying to customize my order that is my usual she just said no and had to get someone else. She had no name tag on and based on her I would never try this location again. When we come here we normally have someone named Dre and he is amazing. Would definitely recommend looking at your night staff because this attitude is why people are leaving and not returning.

Bought take out from here. The food was a little too well seasoned. It was very salty. The portions were not very large for the price you paid. The star of this place were the employees. Very very friendly service with a smile. Reminds me of a lot of Asian countries. They greet you with a smile and wish you a good day when you leave. IMO, ok to try if you are looking for new eats. But I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there.
