Five Guys — Restaurant in Colerain Township

I like the food here, a lot! The bacon cheeseburgers are top tier, the Mount Everest of FRENCH FRIES they give you will make you cry from happiness. You get your food fast and easy. This is a nice location, the employees are laid back, but get things done! I had the oreo milk shake and almost ate the cup because it taste so good! My main complaint is the amount of gnats that circle the ketchup dispensers 🪰🪰🪰🪰... When I get ketchup I have check it to make sure it's bug free🐛🪲🐛🪲(a Bugs Life if you will)... The parking is good, the fountain drink machine is pretty cool, they can do a better job at keeping the tables clean, and the bathrooms can be a hit or miss sometimes when it comes to cleanliness. Which I don't place all the blame on them, because people are nasty & inconsiderate! Outside of my personal critiques I'm just happy to have a 5 guys on Colerain! To top it off its right next to Gamestop! You can gain 5lbs then go buy a fun game. This takes being fat and happy to another...

The service was not busy at all, I came in around 9:30pm. It took about 10 minutes for someone to take my order, they rang it up completely wrong. I waited in the building overall about 45 minutes for my food to be done. I got nothing but dirty looks from every employee on shift while I waited at a table. When my food was done (i got it to go), I left the building. I went to work and when I arrived, (this was only a 3 minute drive, in warm weather) my fries were cold and somehow soggy. My bacon cheeseburger was completely in pieces when I unwrapped. It. Bacon not even on the burger, completely soggy from the sauteed onions, I had one mushroom on my burger. Not a portions serving, but just one. I love 5 guys and maybe I came at the wrong time of day, as night crew is probably different from morning crew. I visited this restaurant for the first time ever today coming in staff was overly excited to greet me way before I could get to the counter to order was already asking me what could he get me .. I just knew I was going to get my food as expected delicious and hot upon getting my food and waiting to get back to my workplace to eat I noticed my burger was very soggy and messy I was extremely hungry so I overlooked that but what I couldn’t overlook was the very long stingy black piece of hair wrapped up inside the burger itself.
