This was the biggest con / scam I have ever fallen for . We went to the stone creek rd location to be met by a woman who put on about a 45 minute smoke and mirrors show to get me to buy a bed . The novelty was very interesting and her 100 day satisfaction guarantee or your money back policy made feel secure in writing a $8500 dollar check. We were in need in a great bed and was willing to pay for one . It turned out that this bed just wasn’t for us . About 30 days after the delivery of our split king bed the novelty had worn off and we decided that the bed was nothing more than a glorified air mattress. Like the saying goes “you can polish a turd but it’s still a turd “ . When I called to make arrangements for the return I was told that the mattress alone was covered by the guarantee not the base . I didn’t understand how that could be , I was told that I had 100 days to determine if I was satisfied and how could I know if I was satisfied with a split top king bed with out the base . This was when I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor told me it was true that I could go read my contract and I would find the details in print . He was correct ... they covered there asses with fine print . The low life sales rep that spent 45 minutes of showing me all the options and even convincing me of UPGRADING my base by adding a $1000 massage option failed to mention even once that only the mattress was covered . This is unethical and I don’t know how they sleep at night . Our option is to keep an $8500 bed that we are absolutely unhappy with or return the top half and get stuck with a $3500 base that’s of no use to me .I am livid !!!
Anyone who is considering this bed make sure it’s right for you . I hated it . My “sleep number was 35” so the air mattress wasn’t blown up in full .That being said when you sit up in it the sides blow up from your weight being concentrated in the middle . For couples who are sexually active I assure you not to be happy . Have you ever gotten on your knees on an air mattress before ? Unstable and uncomfortable! One of the two of you will not enjoy the position.
I plan on calling the BBB although I think they covered there As@#$. If I could give this place 5 negative stars I would . The sales rep should have mention the base not being covered ...... instead the description was for the bed...

I went to the store to place order and a mistake was made by salesman who entered it as a single chamber bed! I had to call customer service about four times and salesman called them too to change the order to a double chamber mattress. After all the calls and I don't know how long on hold...They wanted me to pay an extra $400 to change what they state online to be standard mattress. So mad I cancelled the order. Called salesman who said he didn't blame me for doing so! No apologies, no call from the store manager to try to fix the problem which was a mistake on their part and I have no bed.
