Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Colerain Township

I ordered delivery through the Colerian store. I realized it was pretty late but I had just gotten off work & it was the only option I had. I ordered delivery through the website & it accepted my order. I’ve now been waiting an hour & a half and they still haven’t shown up. The least they could do (considering they had my phone #) was call me & let me know they wouldn’t be coming & not just have me waiting.. bc if they had called immediately I may have had time to order through the one other place that may have still been open.. but because I thought they were coming & their “tracker” said they were coming I wasn’t going to make another order & then be stuck paying for two orders. This is completely unprofessional not only to not contact someone to let they know you aren’t coming but also to not even make and deliver the order considering they were still open when the order was placed. I didn’t even order much either.. it pry would have taken them literally 10min to make and get everything together & then deliver it to me on their way home. Not to mention when I order super late like that I make sure to tip super fat so whomever that driver would have been missed out on $50. We have been going to this Pizza Hut for year's and seen allot of changes in ownership, employees, food, service, pretty much anykind of change bad or good we have seen. Now as of late it seems things have changed again. Not 1 familiar face looks like an entirely different crew all together. Very unfriendly and just flat out nasty to there customer's. I have said how is your day going and Zero response I have also said have a good day and not 1 word now I know that's not the end of the world but if you don't have basic common courtesy you probably should find something else to do instead of waiting on the general public. The wait time's never matter I have had my food 5 mins early and 45 mins late the time's are all over the place. The food is either just ok or really good and that has allot to do with how busy they are. Hopefully they can get it figured out because this was 1 of my family's top favorite places to get pizza but not so...

Used to be my favorite Pizza place. They lost me. I spend a ton at this place, and earned a free pizza by the rewards program. When I went to redeem it, I couldn't. Turns out that the points expire, and mine had expired about a week earlier.

I explained my frustration to the person at the desk... No reaction. No apology for my situation, no explanation of the points and time to use rewards... nothing. The employee was completely unmoved and unbothered. Didn't even grab a manager to try to verify that my points had actually expired.

The staff in the back was cursing like there were no customers in the store. I'm not super sensitive, but the bombs they were dropping, in a business environment, definitely made me shiver. Very unprofessional.

It takes a long time to build loyalty, and it takes only a moment to break it. Maybe I'll double back in the future. But for now, I'll be passing on Pizza Hut. You...
