The service was okay, the food was okay. The cashier was polite and knowledgeable, the lady packing the food was not friendly, it was late ands they were about to close. The guy was mopping the floor and he was making comments about how he is not doing it over and telling people to be careful he didn't have wet floor sign up, I thought that he was very unfriendly and unprofessional he should have waited until they closed before he mopped the floor he had no concern for the customers safety he was mopping around people while they were in line, I have never seen KFC do anything like this. They close the lobby one hour before they close so that the lobby can be properly cleaned also they had two big air conditioners in the from lobby with vents running from the ceiling instead of properly fixing the HVC unit I will not be going back there the whole experience was unprofessional and the building doesn't look up to par from what I saw especially since the Richie's is in Colerain I have been to other Richie's in Roselawn and Downtown and the place looks way better than this one and the service was better. I was at a Hooks when they were about to close and there staff was still friendly and professional, a guy was sweeping the floor and he mopped an area away from where the customers were being served showing that they care about their customers...
Read moreMan,I've been stocking Richie's on social media and finally had the opportunity to check it out! 😲It's the TRUTH! Pictures don't give the taste justice! Everything was 🔥.Staff was professional atmosphere was clean and orderly.Parking was a little hectic (but there was a fresh car accident right in front) But I saw one fella get his order,it looked like 2 horse saddle sitting on a kiddie plate. I had to ask what that was. It was the Whitting dinner. That's next on the hit list! However, the only complaint I have is,WHY AREN'T Y'ALL IN COLUMBUS? What do we go to do to get you to the Capital City? You got the best College Football team in the country. Go Buckeyes! No real Ma and Pop chicken restaurants (that is not a chain) Couple unseasoned battered places that have become "The spots" But only because there is no choice. No one sells whole pieces of chicken, everywhere sells wings dings. No one sells the real deal holyfield meals, like y'all in THE CITY! NO CAP! We don't have that place where if someone visiting were to say, where is "THE" chicken and fish spot! So, Why...

When I say that I have NEVER received the amount of care, concern, etc from an establishment in my life. Richies has a life long customer in me. Things happen and I know that. What they did to make things right made all the difference for me. Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns. We will be back again soon!
Update 1: The whole family got food poisoning. Very upsetting.
Drove down from Columbus on a whim last night since I kept seeing pictures all over my Facebook feed. They were close to closing but had everything on the menu ready to purchase. Ended up getting a 20 piece, 4 large sides with rolls and that set me back $61. Not too bad for feeding a family of 6.
The chicken was hands down one of the best I've had besides making it myself at home. The wedges were top-notch! The Mac and cheese desperately needed salt. The candied yams were great!
Whole family loved the food. If we're back in the area we will definitely be...
