Alright, probably the worst BK I've ever gone to. Or maybe the worst fast food I've ever purchased. I stood at the line for about 10 mins while they counted drawers (Manager maybe?), not once saying "I'll be right with you". Finally, the lady asked what I wanted and I asked if they took the Delta Airline food vouchers, in which I was told to go to "the desk and print it off". The people at the desk said "we don't print vouchers". At this point, after being late for a connecting flight due to airline issues, my kids were just very hungry so I headed back just to pay in cash. Amongst arriving, again, I was greeted with "You know we don't take vouchers right?"...
Anyways, I ordered my food which actually was all correct. The lady at the register rung me up, and told me to tap my card on a reader with a broken screen. No problem. After tapping it she walks away for about 5 mins to toss some cups where all of the hot food sits before being bagged. While she is away doing this fantastic work, I'm watching a machine with some kind of creamer dripping all over the floor. The place is a nightmare, so I look at the wall and see they have a 97 (A) rating...which I'm pretty sure is not accurate for this kind of a sloppy mess.
The food arrives rather quick which I can respect and the young man bagging the food and handing it to customers was great.
I sat down with my kiddos, got their food all set up, and open my chicken sandwich to find the lousiest piece of bone-dry/rock hard chicken on it. Typically, I wouldn't eat this because the meal was expensive and I want a meal that is at least palatable. But hey, I'm hungry and tired at this point, and I just want to get to the hotel for a few hours rest before coming back and flying all day. So I pour as much BBQ sauce as I can onto it to at least soften it a little. He'll, the sheep and rice I ate in Iraq on deployment was 10x better than this, but who am I to complain lol.
Anyways, the customer service was non-existent at the register. The food was maybe a 1/10 since I didn't die eating it. The atmosphere was....well, it's an airport in Atlanta. Next time I'll stick to the pre-packaged dry sandwiches in the little mini-marts. Don't waste your money here. In fact, I'm not even sure how it's still operating...
Read moreThis review is for burger king at north terminal arrival level. (Outside the security check point) I want to give them 0 or -5 start if I could. I don’t eat Burger King a lot, so I’m not sure if it’s for all the Burger King. But this one, for sure, NEVER GO THERE! Their service is very bad, and food is even worse. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches, after waiting for more than 10 minutes ( they are not very busy, no one order new foods, all the people are just waiting for their orders), I got only one. After I told them they forgot one sandwich, there is no apologize, no excuse me, no sorry, not even a thanks for your waiting. It seems I’m begging for something that not belongs to me?! Even worse, I found the one who were making the burger didn’t even know how to make that sandwich?! I saw the one who did my order turn her head back to talk to the one in kitchen “put the sausage, don’t put the bacon...” BUT! I just ordered a default sandwich on their menu, not a customized one. How could they get their job with no skill? Hi Burger King, I have totally no experience, just like your employees, and I’m as rude as your employees, can I get a job offer from your side? Besides that, the lady who made my sandwich was bare hands touching my food. Even worse, she was talking all the time with the cashier lady about how the make that sandwich, and I can’t believe how they will avoid the spiting on my sandwich? How can I trust the food in my bag after all this?! ...
Read moreOn April 30, 2025, at approximately 6:12 AM, I visited this Burger King and encountered an employee named Genesis 5009646, who was notably dismissive upon my arrival at the counter. I greeted her with a 'Good Morning,' but she chose to ignore my greeting. While she was drinking from a cup, a colleague advised her against doing so in front of customers. Genesis responded by stating, 'I was taking my medicine.' The colleague also reminded her that I had greeted her, to which Genesis continued to drink from her cup, avoiding any eye contact with me.
When her colleague attempted to engage her further, Genesis retorted, 'Stop talking to me because you're throwing me off.' I contemplated leaving for Chik Fil A, despite the long line, but ultimately decided to remain at Burger King, where I was the only customer in line. It is disheartening to note that Genesis displayed a lack of professionalism and an unwillingness to assist me with my order.
I commend her colleague for addressing her discourteous behavior; however, Genesis appeared indifferent to both her responsibilities and the advice given. If I were her manager, I would consider her continued employment questionable, as she demonstrated a lack of pride in her work, which was evident in...
