I know this is an airport location and I should expect much but this location is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. They open about 10mins late. The manager/ supervisor was right in front and watched a line form as she was very slowly setting up. She did not bother to acknowledge what time it was or that there were people standing in line. When she was ready to finally open, she again very slowly walked out to the kiosk to set those up to open. She didnāt greet anyone or apologize for being late. Then when we got our order we were missing an egg on one of the sandwiches that we paid extra for but since the staff here seems so unbothered and the type to spit in food we did not bother to take the sandwich back. I understand it is very early but this attitude and this unbothered behavior is unacceptable. Ambiance: āļøāļø Functional for a grab-and-go
Taste/Textures: āļø Chicken was dry and stringy. Cheese grits were a solid blockāliterally. Inedible. The biscuit, however, was a pleasant surprise: flaky, warm, and elevated with grape jelly and honey.
Value: āļøāļø Quick service is a plus, but the food didnāt justify the spend. When breakfast misses the mark this hard, even convenience canāt save the experience.
