IHOP Express at Atlanta Airport. I'll have to try it out someday. 😎😎😎
During my recent visit to Atlanta Airport, I decided to explore the dining options available and stumbled upon IHOP Express. Although I didn't have the opportunity to order food or dine in, I observed the overall atmosphere and customer service, providing insights into the establishment.
Upon entering IHOP Express, I was immediately struck by the lively and energetic ambiance. The restaurant had a modern and clean interior, with vibrant colors and comfortable seating arrangements. Despite the bustling nature of the airport, the noise level was surprisingly moderate, creating a pleasant environment for travelers to relax and enjoy a meal.
While I cannot comment on the taste and quality of the food based on personal experience, I observed the staff's attentiveness and dedication to customer service. The team members at IHOP Express appeared friendly, approachable, and efficient in their interactions with customers. They promptly attended to guests, ensuring a smooth and seamless dining experience.
Furthermore, I appreciated the convenient layout and organization of the restaurant. The menu boards were prominently displayed, featuring a diverse range of breakfast and lunch options. This allowed customers to easily navigate the offerings and make informed decisions about their orders. The availability of a wide variety of choices catered to different dietary preferences and ensured that there was something for everyone.
In terms of convenience, IHOP Express was strategically located within the airport, making it easily accessible for travelers seeking a quick meal. The restaurant's proximity to the gates and terminals ensured that customers could enjoy their food without having to venture too far from their departure gates, saving valuable time.
It is worth noting that, despite not ordering anything during my visit, I did observe the prices displayed on the menu boards. While the prices seemed slightly higher compared to regular IHOP locations, this is a common occurrence in airport establishments due to the additional costs associated with operating within an airport environment.
In summary, based on my observations, IHOP Express at Atlanta Airport appears to be a vibrant and customer-oriented dining option. The welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff, and diverse menu selection make it an attractive choice for travelers in search of a convenient meal. Although I cannot provide specific feedback on the food itself, the overall experience suggests that IHOP Express is a viable option for those passing through...
Read moreIf this was my first experience at IHOP I would be put off. When we came in I asked the girl if we sat down and ordered or needed to go to the counter. She said the counter. We went over towards the counter to see what there was to order. We took a little while to make up our minds then we went to the counter to order. The same girl was there, she asked dine in or out. I started to order. There was a misunderstanding during the order. After ordering we went to sit while my friend paid. She didn't give us our drinks. Even my friend commented how impolite she was. I said, yeah I would assume working in an airport that you would be all smiles and friendly because people are already not in a good mood. We waited for a while then my friend went to ask if we were going to get our drinks. She said she would bring them to us. We waited while she cleaned tables and walked around. Finally I said out loud, when did she say she was going to bring the drinks, this year? A little while after that she finally brought the drinks. The food was not very good. The pancakes were well done on one side and pale on the other. The bacon was burnt. The hashbrowns were not cooked all the way. Sheneeza never asked us if we wanted anything else or came by to check on us. Overall a horrible experience. I am so glad all IHOPS are...
Read moreAsked the server to clean our table since all the tables where dirty and the one we chose had the least amount of stuff on it and it looked like they had already started to clean it and removed almost all the dishes but a spoon and the waitress gave me a attitude and continued to clean a completely empty table when no other customers where looking for a seat. Ten minutes went by and the waitress came by us and cleaned every empty table but ours and completely looking at me and ignoring us. Then I asked her again and she was pretty rude came and cleaned the table making sure she was throwing everything from on the table onto our laps and continued wiping walls as to get on our nerves. I got my food and it did not have cheese on my hash brown as I ordered and paid for. I took it back and told them it didn't have cheese and they took it back and watched the cook throw a slice of American cheese on it after the cashier said remake please and threw it all in the microwave over cooking my eggs. I recommend everyone who visits this airport in Atlanta GA and completely avoid this place during night shift. Everyone is rude and the server apologized extremely sarcastically and even handed me my remake to me as if I was a king demanding from a servant. The whole time I was nice and used my please...
