On 3/15/2023, as I sat at the bar section, I was served by a waitress by the name of Mary. My check number was #2461795/table #103-terminal #246. She is of African American race, wore a engaement or wedding ring, and had passed shoulder length black hair. I found her "ENTIRE" demeanor and attitude to be "TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL." After being very unprofesional, she had the unprofessional audacity to "LITERALLY" ask me, "Was I aware that I left the tip area blank and did I mean to do that?" I responded by saying, "Yes I know and yes I did." She then sighed out loudly. Even though her courtesy and service was terrible, what she didnt know is that I had left the tip area blank because I was going to intentionally tip her in cash, as to keep it seperate from my business credit card. But, after her unprofessional approach as to asking a customer to tip her, I decided not to. Not sure if she was having a bad day or that this is her normal way of treating customers. Server's in any establishment should know that "Tips's" are not only based of their performance/courtesy to the customer, but it's at the customers discretion on if they'll leave a tip and how much. I can promise you, your establish (Grindhouse Killer Burgers) will always be overlooked by myself and family. I know that I'm only one customer and this is only one review, but any business should know that, "If a customer was intentionally treated bad, then this wasn't the first time this has happened to another, and more than likey it will happen to another customer if the problem with service is not addressed with professional stern...
Read moreThe self service kiosk said that they were out of a large amount of things. When it came down to pay, it wouldn't let us pay it kept erroring out. Asked the bartender about it and he only knows how to push booze, that's all. Removing drinks from the order let us pay but we had to figure that out on our own. There was a lady standing behind the counter but she was busy sucking on her headphones and having a personal conversation. After paying for the food we tried to order just drinks on the kiosk but it wouldn't do that either so we asked the lady behind the counter how can we pay for the drinks and she told us to use the kiosk.. then we told her again that the kiosk wasn't working so she reluctantly told her friend to hold on on the phone and smugly let us pay for the drinks through her employee side pos system. The receipt for the food printed half way so we didn't know what to do from there. We sat and waited about 15 mins but there was absolutely no line. The lady started calling out numbers and I just went and checked, it was mine.
I ordered a junior burger with mustard and mayo lettuce pickles cheese, there was no mustard or mayo on the burger. I ordered the junior because the menu said that it was a 1 pound patty. THAT WAS A LIE. it was 100% smaller than a quarter pound.
My girlfriend thought the burger tasted good but I would give it a 2/5 it wasn't bad but it was not worth the money at all in flavor or size.

Read moreIf it were possible to give a negative star for service, this would be the place: arrived during a layover & wanted coffee. It was on the menu. You order with a kiosk, as a very kind Delta FA pointed out, noting she had been waiting a long time for her order. Assuring her I had enough time, I entered my request for coffee on the kiosk, & got a slip saying my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I thought that was on the long side for a cup of coffee, but I had time. After more than 10 minutes, and no coffee, I approached the worker on duty with my slip. His response, “We don’t have coffee.” Pointing out it was on their menu & their kiosk did not help. “We don’t have coffee.” At that point I noted on the “kitchen” side of the counter, printouts of orders had emerged & were available to staff. My phrase “You knew I wanted coffee and you waited 15 minutes to tell me you didn’t have it” turned indifference to dislike. Then I had to wait while the surly staff searched for a manager to provide the card to allow a pay back to my credit card. By this point, all that “extra time” from the layover had evaporated. It appeared that customers who had been enjoying adult beverages were in good humor, & I have no insights about the quality of the food. The active inattention to customers will make future...
