I just left TGI Fridays with my flight crew and I had a horrible experience at your restaurant in the Atlanta Airport by baggage claim. One of my coworkers ordered the boneless wing appetizer with the sauce on the side. When it came time to pay she saw that there was an extra charge for the sauce and asked the waitress about it. She apologized and stated that it must be a mistake and would take it off. A couple minutes later the manager came out and said there was a charge because my coworker “shouldn’t have been able to order the appetizer without the sauce” and the waitress “did her a favor” by putting the sauce on the side and said that the sauce is only free if you order it with the sauce on it. (Which doesn’t make sense to me. How are you not allowed to order it without the sauce but at the same time allowed but for an extra charge?) My coworker doesn’t speak English well so I asked if he could repeat the explanation and the manager got very rude and told me, “because I wasn’t paying the bill he didn’t have to talk to me and that he has a busy restaurant to manage so he won’t explain it a second time.” Mind you we waited over 45 minutes for our food that was lukewarm and there were only 3 other tables and a few people at the bar. I’ve worked in multiple restaurant chains, I’ve also been a manager at a seafood restaurant and no matter how busy I am I would never speak to a customer that way especially one asking a valid question about a charge that was not specified on the menu or by the waitress when the order was placed. Ive also never had such a bad interaction that I felt the need to write a complaint but the interaction we had was completely appalling. When we asked for his name he refused to give it and stated “if you have a complaint take it up with corporate and tell them it was the male black manager on duty on 1/24/25 at 7pm although nothing will be done about it.” There was no reason for such hostility we tried to be as cordial and calm as possible and only wanted an explanation for an unnecessary charge. All in all this was my first time at TGI Fridays and it...
Read moreI ordered the Ribeye steak medium rare and ribs with mashed potatoes and broccoli. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a TGIF and one of the worst restaurant experiences in general period. First myself at the front of the line of people waiting to be seated almost 15 minutes with a half full restaurant, people kept just leaving the line complaining; I should've followed suit. The host finally seats us himself after call repeatedly for different waitresses. Next I asked what beers they have and was told 5, so I chose the Sam Adams (great beer you always order anywhere) and it was simply dropped at the table in a hot cup which ruined it, still no menu might I add. So a lady in a white shirt is walking around asking how everything is and I explained the issue with my beer and she even agreed that cold beer is much better than warm beer. I thought she was going to get me a beer that wasn't in a hot glad. LMAO at me for thinking that. I finally get a menu and low behold they have at least 15 beers, no complaint from me because I like Sam Adams. Waitress arrives about 25 minutes later to ask what I wanted. So I order my meal medium rare. It comes out well done, which isn't actually edible here due to the plastic knives even if I liked it that way. Rest my knife and fork on the ribs and mashed potatoes which left a mark on purpose. Had to flag a waitress down to ask for the meal I ordered and she apologized and stomped off. 25 minutes later a new plate arrives or so I thought, LMAO at myself again for thinking that. The steak was super rare, I mean chewy like bubble gum. The same ribs and sides came out with the same fork marks I put in them. I tried to eat the ribs but they were like a curved prick, uncuttable. I stated that I was leaving at this point. They made me pay for my beer because I took a couple drinks of it before it became completely warm from the cup. Bogus, that manager should be ashamed and at the least given unpaid leave. Either way I'm boycotting TGIF. I have pics but it won't let...

We waited for close to an hour, plenty of time to be seated, waited in the long line till we were the first up. Told to “wait just one moment” about 8 times by the hostess. She then finally added our names to the list, and our connecting flight was getting closer to boarding, so we were running out of time, after waiting for this lady for close to an hour just to get our names on the list. After she said “it will only be 10 minutes” we waited 20 more minutes after that, I went up to ask the hostess about our name she put down, and she looked me in the eyes, and then ignored me, turned and walked away. Then gave the table of 4, to a couple of 2, that had just got there. I cannot stress this experience enough, why do I only get bad reviews to post it’s annoying. DO NOT GO THERE, EVEN FOR A BITE BEFORE YOUR FLIGHT, they are full of attitude, and for working in a service position, for a company that is supposed to SERVE you. They handled it poorly. Worst experience at a TGI Friday’s ever, being treated with that amount of disrespect is terrible. When you’ve waited for a table for over an hour, and it gets given away to people that just get there, and then you are ignored? By the hostess? Who said it’ll only be a minute so many times, and we will get the table in “10 minutes” Obviously I’m still quite heated about this experience, I know it’s in an airport, but from traveling all day to finally just wanting a little food and to sit down and eat it, and to experience that. Just wow. Just wow. Do better TGI fridays, you need to hire more respectful or better people at this location, because that was...
