QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in College Park

I'm a little dissapointed in this location as of late. I've had a total of 3 incidents where when I ordered the chicken bowl, they put a little scoop of rice and beans for the price I'm paying. The second incident was when I asked for extra beans because it was not enough. I can literally count how many beans they gave me.... about 12! And today the rice was not enough and I asked for a little more rice please and then when I got to the register, they charged me for extra rice. I called Letay over and asked her, why am I being charged for extra rice? She said to me, we charge for extra rice. I then said, you never charged me before? And then one of the new workers said " Your bowl is too heavy sir." EXCUSE ME? IS there a SCALE that I was not aware of? There was no scale present so there was NO REASON for him to judge my bowl because of the weight of it.

Now, in the past, I do ask for extra chicken and I pay the extra price. But no way should I have to pay for a correct size portion of beans and rice in the airport for the amount I'm paying! Without arguing, I paid for my order and took the receipt. I know that nothing can be done about the past orders, but I would like my $1 back. I do like your food, but with what's going on at this location, I'm not sure if I'll ever come back again! I hope that you are able to DO SOMETHING...

3 customers in front of me asked for a quesadilla and was told the machine was broke. Then asked for tacos was told they didn't have tortillas. The customer in front of me asked for tacos and was told they didn't have tortillas and they were working on a limited menu. When asked what the limited menu was the prep girl walked to the back and magically produced a bag of tortillas. So clearly they had them she just didn't want to restock her station. At which point I believe the quesadilla machine also works she just doesn't want to use it. When I ordered chicken tacos I was given steak. I caught this immediately and said "I'm sorry I wanted chicken not steak" she replied "but I made steak". I responded "Yes I see that but that is not what I ordered or wanted" her response "but thats what I made". At this point I said "Okay" and proceeded to walk away without continuing the order and had a much better experience else where. I'm not mad about the experience but I would like to warn people about attempting to eat at this particular spot in the airport. Long story short if you want Mexican leave terminal A and eat in...

God awful service! ( taste was pretty lousy too ) For starters I got the three tacos and they were out of a bunch of the toppings and meat and I waited patiently for it. Once it got there, the guy acted like he didn’t care to listen to what I asked for and basically tried to get me out of the line with a poorly made taco as quick as he could. In checkout, the girl working there acted like she definitely did not want to be there and took my payment with an attitude - she didn’t even hand me my food, I had to ask for it and she pretty much tossed it at me. She then never gave me my chips that supposedly came with every entree. When my wife later tried to ask for it, she was ignored by all staff there and then they did not want to give her the chips until someone else asked for it too and she was forced to bring it from the back. I have always eaten at QDoba if I ever saw one and this time, based on this experience, I don’t think I will be coming back again. If this is their style of management here, I imagine I won’t be the last person to avoid this place...
