We were hesitant about waiting for a seat because everyone seemed frustrated. Hostess threw our menus on the table and walked away. No real greeting we just knew to follow her. Brianna T. was our server and she was not “pleasant ” Made us feel like we weren’t welcome or she would rather be else where. I noticed a coworker Candace P. being very friendly with customers and delivering food for all tables. She was really helping everyone out to keep the food window flowing. I made a comment to her that, I noticed how pleasant she was and she really stood out amongst everyone else. I mentioned that it would be nice if they all were pleasant like her. When it came to pay the bill Brianna made the statement “sorry I wasn’t pleasant enough for you”! To Brianna, whether you wanted to be at work or not, just a simple smile when greeting your customer would have been nice! To Candace, when given a compliment you should probably keep that to yourself (as it was genuine) vs sharing it with the staff. To Brianna, it was not a statement directly towards you, but what I noticed about the team including you. Take it as a learning lesson. You would have gotten a tip despite your unpleasantness. I get it, we all have bad days and I assumed you were having one. The tip decision was quickly changed (which I have never done) only because it is very unprofessional to say what you said when...

ATLANTA BRAVES BAR & GRILL ON CONCOURSE D, GATE 8, IS THE BEST!!!
My flight was delayed, so I had time to spare. I entered into this place and I as I approached the bar, I was greeted by at least 2 of the employees. As a customer, I’m BIG on being acknowledged, so thumbs up for that! Once I got to the bar, the bartender welcomed me and made me the best “Peach Margarita “ that I’d ever had. As other guests would come to the bar, she’d give them the same service.
In regards to my entree, I ordered “The Beyond Burger”, and just like my drink it was satisfying, so delicious, nice and hot. Every guest at the bar did a “Cherry BombToast”, which I thought was unique. Out of all the bars that I’ve been to, that group toast was a first for me.
Two of the guests asked the bartender her name, because she was doing such an Amazing job with being polite, serving drinks and bringing food out on time. Her name is Ms.Saundra. SAUNDRA YOU ARE THE BAR! If there is a bonus, a raise, an employee award or special recognition, then she has definitely earned it. No she couldn’t change that fact that my flight was delayed for 2 hours and that I was late to my nieces wedding, but she sure made me feel a whole lot better. Thanks Saundra and Atlanta Braves Bar & Grill Airport for such EXCEPTIONAL service! I will be...
Read moreThe worst experience ever. Since I lined up to be seated, the waitress were extremely rude, they were sending me horrible and uncomfortable views since the start. I decided not to pay attention to that, they gave us a table, which smelled as a dirty kitchen cloth, then the waitress called Brianna took our order and then she left, all other tables received their order except us. I ask her if the food were coming she rolled her eyes and said “it is coming” and it was not, it took more than 1 hr to get 2 dried hamburguers and some chicken tenders and French fries. The food was horrible. Then I asked her for the bill, and she rolled her eyes again, she spend a while to bring it, I had to go and search her because I was about to start boarding my plane. Then I told her I wanted to pay with Visa card and she asked me for me for the card, which I did not have and I wanted to pay with my phone wallet, she rolled again the eyes walked to the cashier and just pointed out the terminal turning out the head. It was the word for the word service and everything in a dirty and expensive place. Do Not waste your...
