Jamba ATL- Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport — Restaurant in College Park

I guess you cannot expect much from any stores in an airport.

We got 2 drinks: Aloha pineapple and pomegranate paradise. For Aloha pineapple, it was very delicious, the same quality as any Jamba Juice (my drink wasn't filled full all the way though). For pomegranate paradise, it's hard to say if it's good as a normal store or not because they ran out of mango, peaches (and many more) so we had to substitute them with strawberries, pineapple and blueberries. It came out to be decent. Not as yummy as aloha pineapple but probably more healthy as it has less sugar.

Since it's located in an airport, there's not indoor or outdoor seating. We just bought it and drank at our gate. So not much for ambiance.

Service is very questionable. There is only 1 employee running this store when we came. She wasn't rude but she wasn't friendly. She's very busy doing everything by herself that she didn't even look at us. Maybe if she has someone else helping her, customer service would be better?

In summary, drinks are good. 3 stars because they ran out of too many things and customer...

Like all the other reviews stated, customer service is non existent here. I was the only customer in line, and stood waiting while an employee literally took selfies of herself until another employee asked her to help me. Ummm, what? I proceeded to place my order and then waited while looking at a magazine. I hear one of the employees say “hey” in a loud voice, thinking she was speaking to another employee, I didn’t bother to glance up. This was followed by another, very much louder “HEY!”. Your employee was literally yelling at me. A simple “excuse me sir” would have sufficed. Unbelievable. She continued to tell me they were out of 2% milk, soy milk, and almond milk… sooooo, basically all major ingredients? You couldn’t have told me that before I placed a $9 order for a SMALL smoothie? Stay away from this place, it’s not worth your time...

They’re so rude. I got a smoothie going through the airport today and got it with wet protein. Wey adds air to the smoothie causing it to expand. I requested the extras but the guy working there had taken it and put it in the sink with the dirty dishes. I tried explaining to them what I just wrote, and the lady started laughing at me. Didn’t even try to make it right. Maybe they don’t feel Like they have to as people are coming and going at the airport. Also, there was an issue with their payment machine, I tried to scan and enter my card a number of times and it wasn’t working. I tried to pay with cash and was told it was credit only which is why I didn’t catch the guy before he got rid of the extra which was my smoothie. Anyway completely rude. I...
