Stopped by here today to grab a quick bite in between flights because I never got anything to eat. First, I was greeted by someone I wasn’t sure even wanted me there in the first place. Whatever- I can look past that. I just want my food. So I ordered a #1 with half unsweetened tea and half lemonade. You’d think that I was asking for them to squeeze the lemons in front of me with the eye roll I got. I then asked if I could redeem a chicken sandwich coupon I had, but was told promptly that they wouldn’t because they “didn’t have a scanner.” They could put it in manually, but I was getting the message by this point. So I got my food a few minutes later, which is awesome for an airport concession. I didn’t wait long. So I give credit where credit is due. After going to my gate, I was so excited to eat my Chick Fil A…well, until I opened the bag and saw that I got a half-serving of waffle fries. Again, whatever. My expectations are circling the drain by this point. However, when I bit into my sandwich, the middle was raw. Like, chewy, pink uncooked. So I munched a few edges, and threw half of my sandwich away.
Moral of the story- I got half of my fries, half of a sandwich, and I really seemed to be bothering these folks for the half-meal I was given. I gave two stars because it was super quick. Apparently too quick because my sandwich wasn’t cooked all the way.
No, I won’t be going back. Worst Chick Fil A experience I’ve ever had, and I LOVE...
Read moreI always visit this CFA due to my job. However I’ve never had issues with employees until today and I would like to share this because it was the manager on duty. The young kind girl taking my order was nice… the young guy whom walked over to inform me it would be 12 minutes until my order would be ready since I ordered a chicken biscuit with no butter was also very kind and generous. However a moment after he informed me and I replied it was totally fine, the manager on duty at prior to 6AM made an unnecessary comment towards the butter and order. I always order without butter here and at any other location due to my presence and diet pertaining to my health. I felt it was highly disrespectful towards me and to make any comment towards me since I was not having any issues. I did not need anything but to wait upon my order to be completed. No extra words were passed amongst me and any other staff for her to even interact. I feel she went to the back and said something to the other workers whom may of been preparing. Either way I believe she was very unprofessional and unpleasant and her constant gazes over to me was not kind either. I’m glad the staff on shift was the opposite and do not lead by her actions. Perhaps she should have a lesson on public behavior. I definitely am aware how and when to speak to customers as I am a flight attendant and do expect more...
Read moreI was pushing my wife in a wheelchair thru the line at the Atlanta airport Chick Fil a in concourse A to order when a young lady said we are not allowed to be in line with a wheelchair. She then attempted to raise the strap of the line guide and tangled it Into my wife and subsequently caused the pole holding the strap guide to fall on the wheelchair. Behind us in line were 2 people with strollers yet they were not pulled from line. The manager stated we were pulled from the line for safety of patrons. The entire airport in Atlanta has the same strap and pole guides and we are never pulled from them in a wheelchair. The entire incident proved to be a huge embarrassment for my wife in the wheelchair. All the other patrons immediately began to stare at my wife in the wheelchair as she was told to move while becoming in tangled in the guide straps and poles. She was told to stay outside the line while I ordered and received our order. There are no signs stating wheelchairs are prohibited and it is also a violation of the ADA act to discriminate against those who are disabled using a wheelchair. It has been a full day since the incident and my wife is still very upset with how she was pulled from a line, told to stay outside the line because she is disabled. We enjoy eating at Chick Fil A however, this has made us rethink our value as a patron of...
