Hard to even give this one star....it's that bad. I've been to many United Clubs across the U.S. and this is the worst club I've ever visited. I pay for a United Mileage Plus card to get club access but if this were the standard for all United Clubs I'd cancel my membership immediately. On my last trip Sep 2023 the club was the worst I've ever experienced. First, the food is pitiful. Lacking options and low quality. Second, the kitchen staff (I saw three) were slow, lazy and unaffected by the inconvenience they caused travelers when they failed to do their job. They weren't cleaning up dirty dishes lying around the club or keeping the food and beverage area stocked. The club was packed with travelers whose flight had been delayed. The food and wine were mostly gone. I scraped the last remaining ladle of soup into a bowl but there were no spoons (or forks) in the utensil caddy. I knocked on the kitchen door and asked them to please replenish the utensils along with the food and wine. The kitchen staff slowly brought food out on a cart that was mostly empty, she then slowly walked back to the kitchen and slowly brought out a bowl of salad to replace the empty bowl at the food bar. Why not bring it all out together and move at a quick pace. The front desk clerk had to help pick up dirty dishes. This United Club has always been at the bottom tier when it comes to space and offerings but uncaring and unprofessional staff takes the cake. My husband had his own bad experience at the club on this same trip Sep 2023. He's reached out to United by email and hasn't received a reply to his complaint. We'll see if they care enough to respond. It seems Google has quite a few complaints and negative comments posted for this club location. It would be better to close this location instead of accruing complaints and negative experiences by customers. Better yet....United could care enough to investigate and improve this club location. I'd love to see one of those smiley/frowney face electronic rating consoles at the entrance to this club. This location is only open if you are flying with United today at this airport. Even if you pay for club access you will be rudely pointed at the sign by a “Jennifer” just like the Simpson’s meme.
I called the club service number to complain on my interaction and to see if they could do anything.
The employees seem to have no tools to help customers who are upset. The only thing they can do is “fill out a form”.

Read moreThis club is located in Concourse T, in a dark gloomy area next to ramp. But after exiting the elevator, the tarmac view is much nicer. The QR code scanners are at the booth, so it was surprising for me.
For a club at in one of the largest airports, it is so small. We couldn’t find any table, so we took some of the empty tall chairs and shared the table with another group. It was clean overall. Staff members were quickly removing empty cups and plates.
