I was not impressed. I came to the salon for a pedicure. Prices were high, but I needed it badly so I was willing to pay. After my experience, I will not be returning. They are not set up for pedicures. The lady did zero cuticle work (criminal for the price, honestly), no exfoliating scrub, and my PREVIOUS gel polish had to be removed, which took an astronomical amount of time to do, not because that is a difficult task but because this salon doesn’t have nail drills… seriously?? I was first in line and there was no one waiting for a mani or a pedi. In fact the salon was almost empty. It took 25 minutes to even get a chair, which mind you is a massage chair with a bucket, not a traditional pedicure chair at a real salon. Then the lady asked when my flight was, at that point I had 40 minutes tops, to which she replied I needed at least an hour for a pedicure. I gave myself an hour to get the nails done, and ended up having to leave before polish could be put on my toes…. YOU were the one who wasted time - Not me! And then I got charged full price! Also she could use some practice in handling feet. The lady would only loosely hold my foot with one hand and then kept telling me to relax my feet and legs, and then when I relaxed them, she pushed/shoved my feet around into different positions multiple times, which honestly made me feel like she was super annoyed with me. I’ve had plenty of pedicures in my years but this wasn’t it.

I took advantage of the massage chair in Concourse B at ATL as I awaited a 10pm flight after a week of hiking in Peru. The much-needed 30-min massage was phenomenal but paled in comparison to the service. Markita was super sweet as she explained even with my Priority Pass benefits, I would still incur a $9 charge. She also informed me that I could not drink my iced latte in the service area, in an assertive but friendly way. She happily adjusted the settings when the initial pressure was a little too hard and checked in periodically to see how I was doing. She was appropriately attentive and did all of this with a genuine smile an hour before closing at 11pm. If I had to guess, I would say Markita was no more than 23 years old (young enough to be my daughter). She had such a gentle spirit and stellar customer service-a pleasant surprise given today's climate where great service tends to be more of an exception than the norm. Even though the chair did the bulk of the work, (in the absence of cash) I truly wish there was a way to tip for her service. I can only hope management sees this. Markita is a true asset!!

Worst manicure I've ever received! Unfortunately, I took my glasses off but even blind, I could tell this was not going to end well. She added so many layers of polish that it couldn't dry. Even her table mate was looking over aghast and gently suggested she wait for it to dry before adding the clear coat. What was more disappointing was that the owner was present but no one checked in or looked at the finished job. I highly recommend remedial training and more supervision as they get this new location up and running. I ended up literally wiping the polish off an hour later with my finger. What an incredible waste of money. Update: BeRelax did respond to my email and asked for more information. They offered me a voucher which wasn't useful since I will not be traveling again any time soon. I requested a partial refund which they were prepared to honor...but my husband paid in cash. They ended up giving us a voucher for 15 minutes in a massage chair.

Stopped in this evening in ATL. I opted over ExpressSpa, despite the higher price, as I wanted to try Be Relaxed…big mistake. They did not know how to even operate the zero gravity chairs. They had us sit in the chairs and then just started pressing buttons. We weren’t asked about mode, heat, sound etc. After 10 min of being in stretch mode wherein the height wasn’t right so my feet would pop out of the pressure sock area every time it did that. I came for massage so I turned the screen and pressed massage and turned on heat before a lady jumped on me for touching the chair. Saying “we don’t touch the chairs.” I told her I was in stretch mode which I didn’t want and I’d like the heat on but I’d already reset. I was accused of intentionally trying to increase my time - I wasn’t - and my niece was beside me and we started at the same time. I was well aware that I started at 6:15 and would be stopping by at 6:45. Moreover, the sound features had been disabled so you are forced to listen to loud music that’s playing overhead. Once you tilt back you realize that you are staring directly into LED lights and they offer no eye coverage or even a towel. I had to remove my arms and cover my face because the lights were too bright to even relax with eyes shut. Then they came and asked if you are okay every 3-5 minutes when they weren’t just standing there staring at you. I guess that’s why the entire place was empty except for the 4 workers. All in all, a complete waste of $93, plus being talked to like a child, no customization, disabled features and walking out feeling worse than I did going on. I’d personally like a full refund for this joke of a service. DO NOT GO HERE. While ExpressSpa is lacking in sophistication, at least you have a relaxing experience and feel like...

I stopped in for a massage and was told it would be about 15 minutes. I waited around the counter and after 15 minutes I asked how much longer it might be. They then told me the next clients scheduled a table massage and it would actually be 45-60 minutes and that they would text me. At about 30 minutes, I checked in again and asked if they were still on target for the same time and the woman, annoyed, told me yes, same time. I went to the restroom and hung my bag on the back of the door where I placed my phone. I heard my phone buzz but could not reach it. After about 10-15 minutes, i saw that they texted me 3 minutes after I had checked in. I went back and they told me they took the next person and I'd have to wait another 30 min or so. I told them that it was ridiculous. They texted me 3 minutes after I had checked in for the 4th time! I told them they knew I was waiting, I had been in contact. They said you'll just have to wait. I said this was stupid and yes, I said it loud. I walked away and a lady ran after me and threatened to have me arrested by airport security for cursing at her. I advised that I did not curse at her and she said I was talking semantics and that she had the power to have me arrested and banned from flying.l and that she had my personal information. She then said I was banned from Relax to which I responded no need because I wasn't coming back. If you want to be stressed - this is definitely the...
