Stopped in this evening in ATL. I opted over ExpressSpa, despite the higher price, as I wanted to try Be RelaxedâŚbig mistake. They did not know how to even operate the zero gravity chairs. They had us sit in the chairs and then just started pressing buttons. We werenât asked about mode, heat, sound etc. After 10 min of being in stretch mode wherein the height wasnât right so my feet would pop out of the pressure sock area every time it did that. I came for massage so I turned the screen and pressed massage and turned on heat before a lady jumped on me for touching the chair. Saying âwe donât touch the chairs.â I told her I was in stretch mode which I didnât want and Iâd like the heat on but Iâd already reset. I was accused of intentionally trying to increase my time - I wasnât - and my niece was beside me and we started at the same time. I was well aware that I started at 6:15 and would be stopping by at 6:45. Moreover, the sound features had been disabled so you are forced to listen to loud music thatâs playing overhead. Once you tilt back you realize that you are staring directly into LED lights and they offer no eye coverage or even a towel. I had to remove my arms and cover my face because the lights were too bright to even relax with eyes shut. Then they came and asked if you are okay every 3-5 minutes when they werenât just standing there staring at you. I guess thatâs why the entire place was empty except for the 4 workers. All in all, a complete waste of $93, plus being talked to like a child, no customization, disabled features and walking out feeling worse than I did going on. Iâd personally like a full refund for this joke of a service. DO NOT GO HERE. While ExpressSpa is lacking in sophistication, at least you have a relaxing experience and feel like...
Read moreI stopped in for a massage and was told it would be about 15 minutes. I waited around the counter and after 15 minutes I asked how much longer it might be. They then told me the next clients scheduled a table massage and it would actually be 45-60 minutes and that they would text me. At about 30 minutes, I checked in again and asked if they were still on target for the same time and the woman, annoyed, told me yes, same time. I went to the restroom and hung my bag on the back of the door where I placed my phone. I heard my phone buzz but could not reach it. After about 10-15 minutes, i saw that they texted me 3 minutes after I had checked in. I went back and they told me they took the next person and I'd have to wait another 30 min or so. I told them that it was ridiculous. They texted me 3 minutes after I had checked in for the 4th time! I told them they knew I was waiting, I had been in contact. They said you'll just have to wait. I said this was stupid and yes, I said it loud. I walked away and a lady ran after me and threatened to have me arrested by airport security for cursing at her. I advised that I did not curse at her and she said I was talking semantics and that she had the power to have me arrested and banned from flying.l and that she had my personal information. She then said I was banned from Relax to which I responded no need because I wasn't coming back. If you want to be stressed - this is definitely the...
Read moreI was not impressed. I came to the salon for a pedicure. Prices were high, but I needed it badly so I was willing to pay. After my experience, I will not be returning. They are not set up for pedicures. The lady did zero cuticle work (criminal for the price, honestly), no exfoliating scrub, and my PREVIOUS gel polish had to be removed, which took an astronomical amount of time to do, not because that is a difficult task but because this salon doesnât have nail drills⌠seriously?? I was first in line and there was no one waiting for a mani or a pedi. In fact the salon was almost empty. It took 25 minutes to even get a chair, which mind you is a massage chair with a bucket, not a traditional pedicure chair at a real salon. Then the lady asked when my flight was, at that point I had 40 minutes tops, to which she replied I needed at least an hour for a pedicure. I gave myself an hour to get the nails done, and ended up having to leave before polish could be put on my toesâŚ. YOU were the one who wasted time - Not me! And then I got charged full price! Also she could use some practice in handling feet. The lady would only loosely hold my foot with one hand and then kept telling me to relax my feet and legs, and then when I relaxed them, she pushed/shoved my feet around into different positions multiple times, which honestly made me feel like she was super annoyed with me. Iâve had plenty of pedicures in my years but...
