I was not greeted when I walked into the store today. Three minutes went by as I stood at the counter before the store clerk decided to acknowledge that I was even there. I practically had to walk around the counter TWICE and glare at her before she actually said something. If you’re the only one in the store, and you hear the door open (it chimes), you should look up and acknowledge customers as they enter your establishment. Especially if you are preoccupied with an existing order. A simple, “Hello. I’ll be right with you” or “I’ll be with you momentarily” will suffice. There should be no reason why I’m not being acknowledged when I’m just trying to pick up an order. I generally have a positive experience at this location; however, I didn’t recognize the young lady today and it definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. This shop definitely deserves 5 stars! From the moment I stepped in, I was kindly greeted and the employees helped me to fully understand the items on the menu I wasn’t sure about. I definitely enjoyed the ice cream. I especially recommend it because they offer a great deal, where you can choose from a large number of toppings. The fruit and other toppings were very fresh. This came up as a recommendation on my google timeline. Parking garage is on the side of the building for an hour. The ice cream is creamy deliciousness with a cute presentation.
