Will never eat here again!!!!! My husband and I waited almost 25 minutes just for the server/cashier/busboy to come take our DRINK orders. YES he was all three. This is the 2nd time I've come here and he was the only one servicing the customers. He was even taking orders over the phone with several people waiting that were walk-ins. When he finally came we gave him our food order as well. I ordered the Ox tails that the menu advertised as $12.95 and my husband ordered curry chicken. Our food made it to the table before our drinks did. The temp on the food was horrible! It wasn't even like warm!! I asked him about the food temp and he told me it was a bad day!?!? Really?? I ate it anyway because I was starving and I LOVE Jamician. Midway through my meal I had to ask him again for our drinks. Since I drove over an hours just to eat here at 7pm, I wasn't about to try and find a closer Jamaican restaurant. He brought us the ticket and I see where he charged me $15.50 for literally (7) ox tails!! I told him the menu said $12.95 and he responded by telling me the the price of them went up and they didn't change the menu. Ok, don't you think this is something you should have informed me of when you took my order??? I didn't cause a scene but I politely told him that was very unprofessional and not how you should run a business!!! Needless to say I will NEVER return to this restaurant. My first time here and I must say the owner at the register is such a sweet soul!! She's heaven sent. My mom and I ordered dinner and my 4yr old daughter was with us and she made us feel so welcomed. After my mom received her food I then received mine. While standing there she asked my daughter if she wanted her own plate. My daughter said she likes chicken and wanted something to drink. She gave my daughter a full plate and something to drink. She said my baby was beautiful and now she's her adopted baby! She loves to spoil the children. 🥰 I will forever be grateful for this moment. Some people are just Angels in disguise. My village is small but I can tell you we are family now. Thank you for being so hospitable and loving! Now on to the food lol!! It was delicious, filling, and very flavorful. My mom is picky but stated her curry goat was very tender. They have new sides on the menu as well. It was our 1st time here but it will not be our last. A mark was imprinted on our hearts to last a lifetime!💛💛...

This was my first time here. I’m visiting from Florida. The food is over priced and nasty. The peas and rice has no peas, the rice is boxed rice with no seasoning no taste. I ordered a snapper and the young lady told me they only have extra large fish left so there will be an upcharge I was fine with that. We paid for the food. When I got the fish it was so small, I was shocked. I went back inside and asked her about it she said that’s what we “consider” an extra large. False advertising and semantics with words. Terrible for business. I buy Jamaican food all over and an extra large fish that you’re up charged for will have the fish sticking out the to go plate. In my opinion they stole my money, told me it will be an extra large fish but gave me a small. My boyfriend ordered oxtails and all you taste is the worstshire sauce. Don’t waste your money or time. We spent $56 just to have to go order food...
