The Crab Boil Atlanta BAR — Restaurant in College Park

This was by far the WORST experience ever! First and foremost I ordered before I got there and STILL had to wait 30 mins! Sat at the counter and was not acknowledged at no point until I stopped a girl that was the bartender as well as a server! Once I got her attention she proceeded tell me my order was not ready! So I sit there for about 25 mins only for them to bring me out my order in which I was so ready to go I never looked in it. However I made it to the car and was attempting to eat a shrimp… only to find out my food was luke warm at best! I proceed to take it back inside asked for a manager who was standing having a conversation with another table completely ignoring the fact that I requested to speak with her! However she never came to assist me the bartender to give me a partial refund and by the time she’s done printing out my receipt the “manger” finally made her way to me to ask me if I was ok! It didn’t even matter at that point! So I gets home with my salad that had a crab cake on it for my wife , I requested an extra ceaser dressing which I asked if it was in there and was told it was so I took her word for it and guess what , IT WASNT IN THERE!! So my wife goes to eat her salad and crab cake the salad was dry bc there was NO dressing on the salad, the crab cake was extra salty and the croutons were stale as hell! I spent 54.03 and left a 2.00 tip bc it wasn’t the servers fault that the food was terrible! I will never eat here again! If I could give this restaurant a - star I would! Woke up with the craving of some crab legs in my spirit. Went and picked up my dude and headed way cross town to old national. I had eaten here in the past and was very excited to patron the establishment again. I ordered the sha bang with chicken sausage because I don't eat pork. My dude ordered the same thing but a smaller version. We where told by the cashier sporting a God is good t-shirt on ,that our order will be ready in about 15 mins. The total with tip was 49.50... so we decided to walk around the Plaza and take advantage of this beautiful spring weather. After the alloted time to return,we went back to the establishment. The God is good t-shirt wearing cashier asked if I was J? . No,I'm Lake. . Oh well, we ran out of chicken so you can replace it with more corn or eggs.. I'm laughing at this chick. Who talks like that? I'm like no sweetie. I'll just take a refund. She says well the owner gotta do that and she don't do no refunds . I kindly explained to this older woman that I will be getting a refund because I ordered a product that she can't give me. Welll,I didn't know we was out of chicken. I just look at her. Then the owner comes out and is so nice . She apologies for the issue and gives me my refund with no problem. I'll probably give them another chance in the future. But I think hiring family is not always a good idea. They will run your business into the ground when they have a jacked up attitude. .and take that...

We were told when we called that they were not taking phone orders at this time because we are so busy. So we ordered inside the restaurant and no one was there. We were told our 7 boil orders would take 30 minutes. We waited over 50 minutes. Our food came out and the bag didn't feel hot. The young lady that was working informed us the food was freshly made. We headed on our 6 minute drive home. The food was cold and butter had congealed. We called to get a refund. They told us to come back up here. We arrived and the employee called the manager who talked to her 3 of her employees for 15 minutes asking what exactly happened. I was then given the phone and spoke directly to the manager. She put me on hold 3 times during the conversation and said did I read their policy (picture attached). You only get a refund if you have glass or hair in the food. Apparently with a caveat about cold food, they must have a lot of people complaining about the food temperature.

Well the recook of the food was slightly warmer. But the biggest offense was my second crab cluster ( see pic attached). It only had two legs attached and taste spoiled (notice the dark color).
