Customer service is very bad. Being a litle bit more polite would be nice. BE NICE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. SMILE. If you dont have enough people working let the customers know it will take some time. Be a litle bit more organized. Dont let the customers just seat there for 30 mins to 1 hour waiting for their foord. Mr. OWNER you need to be more nice and polite to people, customer service is what will keep your place in bussiness and succefull. Hispanic are known for being nice and polite. Make your customer feel like they are home when they come to your place.
"A thank you for your bussiness we hope to see you again soon" will be nice.

Read more7/22/21 I don't even know where to start, my husband and I came here to eat lunch this afternoon and I am beyond satisfied with everything from the quality of the service provided to the food that was served to us. It has been very difficult to find restaurants that offer both good service and amazing food through out the pandemic. Ritchie's satisfied my hankering for an authentic sopita de res that was reminiscent of my grandma's sopa de res. There was only one man who was working the register and taking orders as well as helping their one food runner run food to tables. The restaurant was packed, but service and quality was not compromised by this. We are moving to this area in October, Ritchie's has a new faithful patron in us! Manager named Ricardo should be taught some customer service. I ordered the Bandera Paisa the pork was very dry, no flavor, and tasted that came from the freezer straight to the fryer which made me leave 80% of the food. When I called him to the table to let him know about the food he had an attitude. I asked if he can charge half as I eaten the rice, half of the beans and the sliced of the avocado.
