Great pizza. Awful customer service.
Tried ordering on their website. After getting all the way through the process, a pop up window states that I am outside the delivery area. I know I'm not because they have delivered to my house multiple times, and I see their delivery vehicles all through my neighborhood.
I call the store and place an order for 4 extra large 2 topping pizzas for $10.99 each, which was advertised as a Deal on the store's website. The total that I was given over the phone matched what it showed online, so I figure all is good. When the delivery driver shows up, the pizzas are larges, not the extra larges (feeding a bunch of teenagers for a birthday party) that we had ordered.
I manage to catch the driver before they drive away and explain that the order is incorrect. The receipt that she shows me is for 4 large pizzas for the same price that the extra larges were advertised for ($10.99 per pizza). She calls the store and explains the situation to the manager.
The first thing the manager says is that they don't offer that deal. I explain the issue with the website. Next they say that deal only applies to online orders. I told the manager that if their website was working correctly I would have ordered online. Then they say they can remake the pizzas as extra larges, but they have to charge me full price.
I wasn't looking for anything for free. I just wanted what I ordered for the price I expected to pay. The manager didn't seem to care to do anything to fix the situation, other than to make excuses. Moved to College Station and was so excited that they had their footprint here so I started ordering faithfully from delivery to dine in but slowly but surly the quality changed. I order from them on a Tuesday 6/9 for delivery the girl whom took my order marked it wrong for carry out instead of delivery. I called after 1 hours and 15min to ask where was my pizza? They said oh we marked it for carry out, I told her I specifically said delivery she goes ok let me get my manager. Places me on hold for almost 10min to come back and say the manager wasn’t there but they will send it out I asked will the pizza be a new one and wings she said yes, these people delivered us a pizza that sat out for over an hour on the counter!! The pizza wasn’t even hot I live 2 miles away no way it should have arrived cold. Not only that but we ended up getting sick. When I called to express my concern and how unhappy I was about this Jennifer the “manager” tries to cover it up and lie and say she was there that day and took my order and she know the food didn’t arrive cold!! Read moreI would have hit one star, but the pizza itself is amazing so some credit is due. I am writing right now because this is the second bad experience I’ve had. A couple weeks back I placed an online order ahead of time and the pizza was significantly delayed by over 20 min. I understand busy nights so I thought oh well, bad night. But tonight, I once again placed an order ahead of time. However, when I arrived there was no one in View inside the store from the drive-through window. I banged on the window decently loud enough a couple times before someone came up to attend to a customer at the counter who can hear me from there. It’s not that I mind it waiting but more so that I had no idea when someone would acknowledge my presence because I don’t know what is going on in the background of the store or if they had any idea I was there. The people are all extremely nice and professional so my complaint is not against them themselves, but just their procedure for operations. Again, love the pizzas.
