I normally never review places and I can't really even believe that I am, let alone that I am for a McDonald's of all places. I don't know if I will be able to express how much I truly despise THIS McDonald's though. I eat pretty healthy but when I am going to eat bad or when I need an ice cream cone pick me up, I turn to my good friend Mickey D's and was ecstatic when this opened right on my route home. I honestly did not think I could ever be this disappointed in a McDonald's, it's not like I expect a whole lot or like the food isn't nearly impossible to screw up. But this place truly blew me away by how horrific it is ran. Other than taking my order, I have only ever been acknowledged by two employees. Other than them I have yet to receive a "how are you" or "good afternoon" or even a simple "hello" when pulling up to either windows and mine go without response. This is a similar occurrence with thank you, I have never received one and mine always go unanswered. Like you really can't be bother enough to half ass a your welcome? I shouldn't be surprised though the managers (assuming from how they are dressed) are the worse of the offenders. 95% of the time they hand me my food without even looking at me or bothering to stop their conversation with a fellow employee. When you pull up to the drive thru you aren't greeted per the usual welcome how can I help you or welcome just one second. No, they keep you awkwardly waiting in silence questioning if anybody even realizes you are there. Which considering I have waited there for over five minutes before giving up and pulling up to the window more than once, makes it even more likely. They are also always missing from the pull up windows which causes people to drive thru to the second one, really making them mad, but they won't even be busy so I don't really understand where else they needed to be. They are also slower then any other one I have ever been to. I could so easily handled one or even a couple of these but all together they have made my experiences so terrible that despite its convenience , I end up going 10-15 minutes out of my way just to avoid it...
Read moreI was coming here at least once a week but after this morning I won’t be coming back. At 6:30 am I pulled up to the intercom and I get a “what do you want?” Ignoring the attitude I ordered, a couple of mins went by then a female gets one with the same phrase then I finally got made and said “welll I WANT my breakfast” guy said fine and I pulled up to the window. I always order hazelnut iced coffee with extra hazelnut but the past two times I’ve been charged for it but it never gets put in cause heck at least at other Mc Donald’s I can see the syrup at the bottom of the drink so I know to mix it up, but when I get it from here even with the extra pump of hazelnut it tastes so bland that I could’ve made it myself at home if I wanted regular creame iced coffee. It seems like this location has ran down over the past few weeks of highering these young kids and some ‘ghetto’ people as well. I just want my food and coffee on my way to work, they could at least say thank you or something like they want to work there. I will never return to this location due to this and constantly messing up my orders. If you have paying customers you need to make sure they feel like their welcome to get breakfast from you, not from workers that hate their life to the point that they say “what do you want” when you pull into the drive through. Read moreWorkers are very genuine and helpful, however the manager is literally useless and doesn’t seem to have costumer service skills. When asking why the deals on their app wasn’t working (having to show and explain 3 different times) I was told they have no control over it (which is totally fine- i was simply asking if they knew why deals weren’t popping up for their specific location) however, they made me hold up the drive-thru line for 5 more minutes to get the “manager” who literally didn’t help. Would have been easier just to tell me the first time that they’re sorry and they can ask corporate about it and just made me pay full price where as I held up the line for 5 full minutes and didn’t even receive an apology from the manager or give me my fries for a dollar off which is the deal i use every time i order. LOL. I would like to praise the workers for being so apologetic and nice!!
