I usually have good experiences with McDonalds but not today. Went in there at 10:32 am after ordering through the App some breakfast items. Items were ordered at around 10:20am and paid for them through the app. I got to their drive thru and told me that I was not going to get anything because they stoped serving breakfast. I understand their policy of not serving items after 10:30am but I got there 2 minutes after and the lady at the drive thru was EXTREMELY rude about my order and would not give me any solution.
My biggest issue is not about not getting food, because if they stop serving breakfast at 10:30am then I understand. My complaint is about the way I was treated by the workers like if I haven’t paid for anything and don’t deserve a solution. The girl at the drive thru was talking with a joke tone on her voice and when I asked for a solution to the SUPERVISOR JAY (this is the name they gave me at this location for the supervisor) she screamed from inside the restaurant all the way through the drive thru window that they can’t do anything about it because they stopped serving breakfast. I just wanted a solution so I don’t lose money on items that I didn’t get but they just didn’t care and told me several times that they can’t do anything about it. Not solution on this and I just lost money.
Do better on customer service. The workers were extremely rude and they do not know how to try to solve an issue. The supervisor amazed me by the way she wouldn’t even try to talk to me to get to a solution but screamed at me through the window. Read moreI very rarely submit reviews online unless the place is exceptionally great or terrible. This place is on the bad end off "exceptional". I ordered the #2 deluxe that comes with veggies. They said I'll give you your total at the window. I'm paying in cash so knowing a total would help. I pull up, she holds out her hand without saying anything. I hand over a bill I know will cover the total. She's gives me change and and closes the door. All without looking at me or talking to me. I pull up to get my food, the guy opens the window, hands me my drink while looking at me weird and closes the window. A few minutes later he comes back with my food, opens the window with his back towards me while talking to someone else inside the store, shoves my bag out of the window with his back towards me, I'm reaching to grab the food, then he shuts the window with his back towards me, never even looking at me. but I guess that's better than giving me weird looks? I go home to eat the burger and the deluxe is supposed to have all veggies on it. When I go to eat it, there's a mountain of chopped onions and literally nothing else..... The fries were cold and soggy as well. It's almost like everyone at that store went far out of their way to make my experience a terrible one. Read moreI am not one to ever write a review but what happened tonight completely left me shocked and disappointed in the way mcdonalds lets employees treat their customers. I was extremely disappointed with the service and atmoshpere. One of the employees, i am unsure of her name but she had a toothpick in her mouth the entire time, was shockingly unprofessional. Despite the restaurant being busy, there is no excuse for the level of rudeness I witnessed. She ignored customers repeatedly, including myself, even when we were clearly trying to get her attention. At times she simply walked away instead of helping. I also saw her snatch items from customers and respond harshly to simple questions, such as verifying if the correct order was being handed out. The most concerning part was overhearing her go into the back and say, “I’m not dealing with any of that right now,” in reference to customers who were still waiting for items they had paid for, like drink cups. I visit this McDonald’s often and have never experienced anything like this, here or at any other location.
