This is not a reflection on Subways itself, it is one on one of its' workers. My friend and I went to this subway on 9/27/16 around 12:45pm and one of the workers there, Taylor was incredibly rude. My friend asked if there was Swiss cheese available and she was very short with 'no' turning away as she said it. This was not the reason for this review. She was rude to her coworker in front of us. I'm not sure if he was new or not but she was demanding he took out the trash at the vegetable bar and got mad at him when he took out a larger trash bag first. It was not busy, my friend and I were her only customers at this point. She said to him, "When I tell you to take out the trash, take out the one I tell you to first." with a very condescending tone to her voice. It was so rude it made us feel uncomfortable even when not directed towards us. It's things like that-that create a hostile work environment, I can only imagine how degrading he must have felt to be publicly humiliated like that in front of customers. If she was having a bad day that's no excuse for taking it out on your coworkers, leave your personal problems at home, and ESPECIALLY not in front of a customer, that's just bad customer service. I hope she changes her tone to become a better human being and treat others with more respect than what I witnessed today....
Read moreI used to eat Subway all the time but just stopped going the last few years. I decided to give them another shot with my kids and I gotta say it's still really good. There's plenty of competition for a good sandwich shop these days but what Subway has always excelled at is quick subs with just as about as much as you want on it. You like olives? Ask for extra. You like peppers? Get extra. You like pickles? You know where i'm going with this... Just tell them you want extra and that sucker will be looking absolutely decked by the time they're done with it and you don't get an up charge for most of these toppings. It will fill you up! The people making our food were really nice and patient with my kids being undecisive. I got the footlong Outlaw sub which is kinda like the Philly Cheesesteak but some different flavors on it. I'd highly recommend it if you like the philly. I added lots of jalapenos to spice it up, great choice. My wife got the Club as she usually does and had zero complaints. My 6 year old son order a foot long meatball sub and ate almost the whole thing. I was thoroughly impressed and had a proud dad moment. We fed to whole family for around $25 using a coupon deal and getting waters. Really a good deal for going out to eat these days. We...
Read moreThis place gets worse each visit. I come to this location because of how close it is to my house. After today's visit I will not go back to this location again. Subway is great but this location is slacking. They have kids working there and they don't care about their job let alone your sandwich. Today I was asked my order 3 times. I gave my order 3 times and the guy would have gotten the first or even second time if he was actually listening to what I said. After he put my sloppy sandwich in the oven he sneezed on his gloves and the entire meat section. I gave him the opportunity to change his gloves and wash his hands but he didn't. When he decided to pull my sandwich out I had to stop him. I told him I was sorry but I didn't want him touching my food because he had sneezed on his hands. Another guy stepped in he had made my sons sandwich. My sandwich was burnt but I said nothing. He appoligized and the other guy was upset that I asked him not to touch my food. Subway is a really good place to eat but it all comes down to the location and employees. Unfortunately, this location just doesn't get it. I hope they decide to get better employees if they hope to make it at...
