Starbucks — Restaurant in College Township

My poor rating is completely related to a single, brief incident. I stopped by on my wife’s birthday to get the free drink that is offered by Starbucks through their app. When I got to the counter and explained the situation, the employee politely explained that they don’t honor those because they are a “Giant Starbucks.” (They are located in a Giant grocery store.) I really liked this Starbucks, with the exception of one complaint, when we picked up our Iced coffee's !! The lady didn't know which one had sugar in it. I really suggest that when they do orders like ours, that they should mark it.. or put a sticker on the one that has "No Sugar". !!
