Seriously would give a 0 stars ifif possib. I have always loved Moes and in particular this location for years up until the last year or so. I have Celiacs (autoimmune disease effected by gluten) and have ALWAYS had good luck with Moes until lately. But this particular time I walked in at 3:45 today (3/23) and told the guy I have a gluten allergy and the kid seemed clueless which is fine. I just said the biggest thing is changing gloves and not cross contaminating but I can tell you what I get cause I frequent Moe's and always get the same thing. So I thought all was going to be well but then this guy starts laughing hysterically with his boy (who appeared to be the manager...in collared shirt?), changes his gloves then rubs the new gloves on a the tortilla shells before picking up the bowl to start my order. At which point he was making eye contact with his coworker and laughing hysterically. At that point I just left with my husband. Not only unprofessional but me being gluten free isn't just a fad.. I have CELIAC'S DISEASE and I would've been vomiting in the bathroom before I even left. Despite living about two miles up the street I will be driving to Bethel for Moe's from now on. I'm just in complete shock with that experience. They used to be so great! Just a huge...
Read moreTwo disappointing visits at two different locations (this being one of them) in a week. My wife and I are done with Moe’s. Picked up our online order, no welcome to Moe’s when I walked in, the employees looked miserable and tired. Went to the pickup station for our online order but there was nothing there…it was at the register, which happens every time I order online here, why even have a pickup station to never use it? Got the order when home to find out my wife’s bowl was made wrong. They put cheese on it which she didn’t want, and didn’t put pico or sour cream on it which she did order. My bowl was also missing sour cream. They must have changed their steak, as it is now in little cubes and has no flavor. Only gave us 1 bag of chips for 2 entrées. Gave no salsa even though red salsa was selected for both entrées. And all the chips were super stale and they’re like that every time we go there now. Ever since they changed their chips a few years ago they’ve been terrible. Not worth the money, we’ll be going to Chipotle from now on. Not even going to us the $10 reward we have, it’s not worth it for the quality...
Read moreI’m cannot even express how upset I am with this location, which is the location we typically go to. I had placed a to go order and when I got home saw that we were missing a burrito. Stuff happens and I totally get that so I called to see what the process was to get it refunded or even the burrito the owed me. I was told by the “manager” said very loosely because wow was it the worst interaction I have had with a person in a long time. He told me he needed to find my order and if he got to it tonight then he would process the refund which takes a few days and if not the manager tomorrow would have to find it and then call me to process the refund. I have had refunds in the past at other places so I am familiar with it taking some time but why I needed contacted tomorrow I questioned. At the point of me asking the question he hung up on me. I called back thinking maybe he got disconnected because why hang up and I heard him tell the dishwasher who answered the r phone to just hang up on me. I could not believe that is how they handle a basic question because I was not mad about anything just questioning...
