SHOUT OUT TO BASKIN-ROBBINS IN COLLIERVILLE 🍦🧋🥤🍨🍧 After my Amazing work day at Kroger on Byhalia, I decided to stop by to get a tasty treat to enjoy on my way home. When I walked I'm, it made me smile to see sooooo many people there, enjoying a tasty treat as well. They had a full house of Baskin Robbin lovers, Lol. The staff is always sooooo nice and friendly. They are some of my favorite customers that shop with me at Kroger for their faces lit up when they saw me in line. I usually order the snickers milkshake (small) but found out they don't sale the snickers ice cream any more. I was sad about that and asked sweet Deana what she suggested. I forgot the name of it but it was better than the snickers milkshake I usually get. This was one of my favorite baskin robbins outlet, especially since it’s close to where I stay. They used to be very lavish when it comes to portion size. A single scoop of icecream used to fill me up! -- trust me, am a big guy!! But after the recent change in management, no more big scoops. Instead they have to reduced to small scoops. So, quite disappointed about that. Also, invariably I don’t get the flavors that I usually look forward to, at this location. While the service, atmosphere and the taste of icecream are still fine at this place, I wouldn’t go back to this place unless I get an uncontrollable sweet craving and don’t wanna...

Went to Baskin Robbins with my wife and 4 kids. We walked in and were ignored by the two employee’s working behind the counter and the third employee was in the sitting area talking to some friends. First of all the floors were filthy and had dried ice cream on them and looked disgusting. We were not greeted and we stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge that we came in to buy ice cream. No one did so we left and went to yolo’s across the street.
