I typically don't leave reviews however, I feel that it is necessary. I am a frequent guest at this location however, this location is extremely inconsistent with their drinks.The barista's DON'T READ the drink orders entirely. Over the last 2-3 months my drink is rarely correct, its typically always missing something. So much to the point, when I go to the drive thru to pick up my mobile order, I always tell the worker to be sure my drink isn't missing "this or that". As I get to the window I can see the drive thru worker picking up my drink, getting ready to hand it to me while also reading my order, he or she then goes back to correct the barista's mistake. I get that Starbucks is a busy place however, it would make more sense to take the time out to read the order and make it right the first time. I've never been the person to ask the barista to remake a drink however, as of recently I've been doing so. I spend way too much money here to leave unsatisfied. I've even had a worker say "I know you're here often and you've been coming in lately to get your drink remade." as she offered me a $5.00 gift card for the inconvenience. While I appreciate the gift card, it doesn't suffice for the amount of times my drink orders has been incorrect and if this is something you acknowledge, then maybe additional training should be done for the baristas. Also, I always place mobile orders ahead of time before going into work, the point in doing so is so that my drink is ready to go when I get there, otherwise I would just go in or wait in line. I asked the supervisor on duty for a refund, she said she couldn't because they are them, but she was the one that made them and didn't pay attention to the order she made the wrong items.
All I wanted was the correct order. I didn't want the back talk, the insults of "Well normal people don't eat what they get if it's wrong!" My husband didn't know what I ordered until I got there and he said it was a crescent and not sandwich. My daughter was still waiting for her drink that was never made.
Then I had to listen to the supervisor make snide comments about me to the other employees. Meanwhile we were still waiting for missing items.

Read moreKnowing this place is known for being slow, i placed my order at 9:54 before I left my house. Got to Starbucks around 10:15, and my food was ready but my drinks were not. I waited a few more minutes and gave my name and asked about how long is the wait. I was told "I don't know." As it was getting close to time to take my friend to work, I asked again and was told it should be ready in a few minutes. I left, took my friend to work (less than 5 minutes) and came back to the drive through. They handed me my coffee and it was COLD. when I asked how long my coffee had been done because I waited almost 40 minutes for it, it was just shrug off.
